With 250’ of water frontage, a wrap around deck with a HOT TUB and a pontoon boat available for rent, this home is the perfect place for your family to gather and make memories. Come visit NoMi for a fall color tour, a winter downhill ski trip or our favorite season, summer!

A giant “Lily Pad,” kayaks and paddle boards are available for everyone to enjoy are too! They're kept in a shed by the water .

We also offer a licensed Captained boat for rent. A beautiful 30' Crownline. Inquire!

Please let us know how many cars you will need to park during your stay so we can accommodate. There is one garage slip available and covered storage for bikes.

We live nearby so we can be available on site if needed.

Please message, text or call with any questions. We are available 24/7, but please respect reasonable hours of 8am-9pm unless it's urgent. We want you to have everything you need to enjoy our home and do everything in our power to ensure that is the case!

We love to offer our input if you need suggestions. We can also line up great local babysitters, catering services and family photo shoots to capture your moments and turn them into lifelong memories!

The house is about 4 miles from Boyne City and a short drive (by way of the Ironton Ferry) to Charlevoix. Everything is within reach!
A dock and water toys will be installed as weather allows in the spring. If you’re looking a sandy beach, Whiting Park is less than a mile away and a local favorite.

Parking for 3-4 cars is available at the house. Use of one stall in the two car garage is also acceptable. Inquire about parking your trailer. We can usually accommodate.

We share a driveway with the neighbors. The house is at the end of a long driveway. Come all the way to the back and please do not use their driveway as a turn around.

We have 2 boats for rent, at additional costs. Not included with property rental.

The ability to rent our brand new boat is what make this property unique! Sit back and relax on our 2023 30' open bow Crownline chartered by a licensed Captain!

The experience is customized to the wishes of your group. If you would like a sunset champagne cruise, water side real estate tour, fun water day with the grand kids or a lunch date, we can accommodate. Our Captains are licensed, experienced and familiar with all aspects of Lake Charlevoix.

Great People, Great Place

Enjoyed our stay, property was as advertised, all the water toys, lilypad, swim platform, great times at firepit. Easily sllwps larger groups, prompt responses!

Easy and relaxing stay

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. The house was very clean and well appointed. The house location is convenient to services and recreation. Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with.

We are an active family of four that loves all the recreation Northern Michigan offers. We are involved in the community and have a great pulse on all the 'happenings'. We love sharing advice and suggestions so you get the most out of your visit here. Whether it's July or January, you will have plenty to do and see and will want to come back!

We have been hosting guests since we bought our first rental home in 2017 and it has quickly multiplied. We now own homes in three NoMi communities and manage homes for others. We are still a small operation so when you rent from us, you get us on the other end of the phone if any needs arise.

The Lakehouse is a great home for gathering. There is plenty of room inside and the layout allows for an easy flow of traffic, meal prep and organization. The activity (and meals) can flow right outside to the deck which overlooks the large yard and the best part is the view of the lake.

Unique to our property is the availability of a pontoon boat to rent and take on the lake by yourself, or if you'd rather, you can rent our new 2023 open bow boat which is suitable for all the fun the lake offers. Take a sunset cruise, lake side real estate cruise or just a lunch date to the Landings. The experience can be tailored to your interests and is exclusive to a small selection of guests. Inquire
