Sunriver White Alder 1 - Cozy one level home w/ hot tub, deck, and bikes!

Welcome to White Alder 1 in Sunriver!  

Our cozy one level vacation home is 1,650 sq feet with three bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 adults plus 2 children.  The living room features vaulted ceilings, comfy sectional sofa, flat screen tv, stacked stone fireplace and large windows looking onto the treed front yard.  The dining room features a farm style table, great for meals and game playing, with access to the deck/patio.  The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, gas range, and pots, pans and dishes and a few spices and supplies.  Adjacent to the kitchen you will find a small den, with a slider to the back deck, with the hot tub.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, two closets, wall mounted tv, vaulted ceiling with fan and private attached bathroom with double sinks.  It is located at the back of the home, away from the other sleeping areas.  Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and #3 has a queen bed plus a bunk bed, located in an alcove, great for kids.  Both of the secondary bedrooms are off the front hall, where there is also a second full bathroom and the laundry room. The bonus room/den area is located off the kitchen and has a tv and a sliding glass door to the deck and hot tub.

Outside is the deck, east facing for cooler afternoons/evenings with newer patio furniture and propane BBQ grill, right off the dining room  The private hot tub is located on the back of the deck and is perfect for enjoying a clear night under the abundant stars!

There is so much to explore in Sunriver and the surrounding areas!  We provide 7 bikes (1 for kids) and also helmets for your use on over 30 miles of trails in Sunriver. 

Just steps from two bike paths,  White Alder 1 offers a convenient location near Ft. Rock Park and Woodlands Golf Course and is a great base for enjoying all the activities that Sunriver has to offer. Our Sunriver home is located near Circle 10, on the quieter north end of Sunriver, with the convenient North store close by.  It is just a short jaunt to Ft Rock Park by trail and the SHARC  shops and eateries, information and many activities at the Sunriver Village Mall are right up Beaver Drive. Also in Surniver is the SHARC This state-of-the-art facility features indoor and outdoor recreation pools, a large outdoor adult hot tub, lazy river, water slides, tot pool, sand play area, indoor/outdoor café, playground, basketball courts, bocce ball, tubing hills and more. We have provided a "keyless" check in lock on the front door, so there is no need to pick up keys or meet someone before you start your vacation. You will receive a check in code a day or so prior to your arrival by email. Please note that our property does NOT have central air conditioning at this time. We have provided individual fans in the bedrooms/den, and a portable floor a/c unit in the main living area.

Our home is a no pets and no smoking home. The maximum occupancy limit of 8 is set by Deschutes County. Please follow all community rules while vacationing in Sunriver. Our checkout times have been altered by the cleaning group post-covid to allow ample cleaning time: Check-in is 5pm during high season and Check-out is 10am and the cleaners charge for late checkout. Lastly, we want you to be aware that there is one exterior "ring" doorbell camera at the front porch for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home.

We want you to enjoy your Sunriver vacation, so  have partnered with a local well established Sunriver property management company to handle house cleaning and hot tub care, and also to be available should anything need to be addressed during your stay.
