This stunning 11-bedroom family-friendly resort mansion has everything you need. It comes with a private pool, hot tub,2 BBQ, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 in house washers & dryers, iron, ironing board, hair dryers, Free WiFi, central AC, tv in every room, and more! Our property has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, 4 car driveway and backyard. There are 16 beds and the property sleeps 25 people. We also provide a pack n’ play and 2 high chairs for no additional fee.

A private door code is created for each guest stay and deactivated after gusset checkout.

Encore Resort is one of Orlando's premium gated resort communities, conveniently located near Orlando’s popular attractions, including the Disney Parks, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, boutique shopping, and much more making it the perfect spot for your Orlando vacation!
**Note: Encore club house and amenities resorts are not available for guests.
Pool heat is an additional $45/day. Pool heat requests require 24 hours advance notice. Same day pool heat activation will incur an additional $40 service fee.

HOUSEKEEPING:
The house is thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a team of professional house cleaners between all guest visits. Fresh Towels and Linens provided for each gusset stay.
There is no daily housekeeping service provided. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
For your convenience, we provide the following items so you and your family can get settled in without worrying about it upon arrival. But keep in mind we do not replace the supplies:
1 paper towel roll, 1 trash bag per trash can, 1 toiletry kit per bathroom (small bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner), 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, and 1 laundry detergent. See our list of nearby Supermarkets for any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

There is no extra cost to use the grill. Propane for use with the BBQ grill is not provided. There is a 7 eleven on the corner of the resort that sells/refills propane.

There is space for up to 4 cars to park in the driveway in front of the house.
