This property is centrally located to a lot of fun attractions. The pool and arcade were great hits for the grandkids.

Great vacation

it was the right choice for our family. We had lots of space to relax in. The resort personnel were responsive to all our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was nice, however our check in did not good so well. We had booked a 3 Bedroom months ago and we get there to check in and didn’t have us in 3 adjoining rooms, was told to get our parking pass and was not told we’re to get them . Drove around the property to find were we we’re supposed to get the pass and found a security guard and asked him and he had no idea . Went back to check in and asked we’re to get the parking pass and we we’re told to go down to the hall we’re we checked in. Finally get to check in and they were able to get all 3 rooms together. We go to our rooms and 15 minutes of being in the room a stranger unlocks our door and comes in . He said it was his room . I told that he would need to go to check in and straighten it out with him. Probably will not stay here again.

Nice- But not great.

The unit is nice. The stock photos provided a nice preview of the units- but the layout didn't match any of the photos. There are three unit that we booked together. This units need some Maintenace- and I hope gets it. Upon our arrival, we discovered the TV in unit A wouldn't let us change inputs. It was on TV, but couldn't connect with DVD player that was there, or the XBOX the boys brought. When we called maintenance, they arrived in about 5 minutes with a couple remotes. He soon saw that the TV wasn't working. His solution- he switched it with the working TV from the bedroom. Fine- but- A. he just kicked the problem done the calendar for the next guests to worry about. And B. The dresser he sat the living room TV on was about 6" too narrow to hold that TV. Two of the legs were hanging off the dresser! After he left, we unplugged the TV & sat it on floor- afraid that a bump to the dresser was going to cause the TV to fall! We were there on July 4th week, so Maintenace answering machine took most of our calls. When we left 7-7-23, I called their machine again at 8am & left the following list: small Unit- TV not stable in bedroom, & doesn't work correctly. main unit- #1-The ensuite toilet takes about 25 minutes to fill the tank when flushed. Toilet will also run throughout the day & night as it struggles to keep the tank full. (note to renters- leave that door closed when trying to sleep.) #2- The door gasket on the fridge doesn't fit. The cold air loss is noticeable.
