Our Horizon Townhouse is a ground floor unit so parking is super convenient with no long elevator lines and the parking just steps away form unit. The townhouse is wonderfully located just steps from the pools, hot tub, shuffle board courts, tennis courts, putt putt course and workout facility. And we are just a couple short blocks from the world's most beautiful beaches.

The townhouse comes with tiled floor in the living room with a large nautical area rug and plenty of plush seating facing a large flat-screen TV with Roku for your streaming entertainment. There's a dining table with seating for four and a beach cart under the stairs for guest to use for the short walk to the beach.

Our fully stocked all white kitchen cabinets and appliances with mirrored backslash sits off the living room. The kitchen comes with Keurig, cooking & eating utensils, cooking pots & pans, plates & bowls, and glasses & cups... It's basically ready to take on your families favorite meals.
Our Master bedroom has a king bed with two nightstands, two lamps, two dressers, and a large flat-screen TV atop a dresser.
Upstairs we have our guest bedroom equipped with gray carpeting, two queen beds, a nightstand, and a lamp between them; a large flat-screen TV sits atop a small dressed facing the beds.
We have an outside shower and a small seating area with table and umbrella all in a private, fenced-in patio.

Horizon South is located 12 miles from Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport.  We are just a 15-minute drive to Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Alys Beach.
The community is located 2.5 miles from Pier Park which features shopping, dining, and entertainment. Also close by are Frank Brown Park, Aaron Bessant Park.  Area attractions Wonderworks, St. Andrews State Park, Gulf World Marine Park are all within easy driving range.  Championship golf courses are just moments away.

Online Registration Required:
The resort is collecting $25 per vehicle and $20 per armband on a less than10 day stay. On a greater than10 day stay they are charging $50 per vehicle and $40 per armband. Upon registration, guests will receive wristbands and a parking pass for their stay.
