Dogs are not permitted in the pool – this affects the water chemistry and may require temporary pool closure during your stay for maintenance.

🔊 Noise & Community Guidelines
Our home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood of mostly owner-occupied homes.

Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise levels reasonable, especially outdoors.

Cape Coral has a noise ordinance:

No loud outside noise after 11:00 PM

From 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, noise must stay below 65–67 decibels (about the volume of a standard vacuum cleaner).

Please note: music travels especially well over water, so lower volumes are appreciated.
