•The house is located in the much-desired area between Newburgh and New Paltz, close to the NYS Thruway and the Hudson River. Its accommodating size, easy access, and welcoming amenities make it the preferred choice of families gathering in the area to enjoy local wedding venues, visit vineyards, spend time with loved ones at New Paltz college, those wishing to be close to Newburgh or Stewart Airport, and more.
•The home, lit throughout by beautiful mountain sunlight, has been completely renovated in 2022. With a classic colonial set-up, it offers abundantly generous space for lounging, leisure, dining and sleeping, spread out over two spacious floors. The property is meticulously landscaped with aesthetically-pleasing bushes and fresh grass, the perfect setting for enjoying the crisp mountain air.
Sleeping arrangements and accommodations:
•Each room boasts large closet spaces for storage and convenience, as well as new flat screen TV’s.
•The 3 bathrooms have been completely replaced to accommodate the modern vacationers.
•New washer/dryer and separate laundry room cater to all your washing needs during your stay.
•As mentioned above, the master bedroom is an attraction of its own, giving you the space and comfort you desire and deserve.
