Whether you're visiting to play on the water or check out the local wineries, this three-story, four-bedroom getaway is a terrific option for creating everlasting family memories. Step through the front door and make your way to the rear of the home where you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a large dining table for mealtimes or rainy day games, and a serene living area that looks out over Keuka Lake.

Downstairs, enjoy the amazing, open family room/game room complete with a kitchenette, comfortable seating area, foosball table, electronic dart board, stand-up arcade game, gas fireplace, and a TV for streaming your favorite channels.

Outside, grill up a few family favorites on the furnished deck or walk down to the water where you can set off in one of the provided kayaks, cast a line from the dock, or meet up around the firepit as the stars come out. There's something for everyone at this family-friendly escape!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
