Cameras around all interior and exterior common areas within Casa Costa building on and recording 24/7 monitored by Casa Costa. No cameras inside the interior of the unit.
Additional Casa Costa rules are in a binder in the unit refer to that if you have any questions if you can’t find the answer in there I would be more than happy to answer it for you!

Early check in and late check out are seperate charge each if available and set up atleast 24hrs in advance. Early check in times between 12-1pm late check out between 2-3pm any additional time will have to be additional day charge.

Due to ongoing construction casa costa is doing to the building the exterior facade the attached in room balcony will be closed until further notice.
There is potential for noise during construction as well during business hours Monday-Friday
