Fair Winds Cottage ~ 1 mile to Kennebunk beaches

Our home, a renovated 1930’s Maine summer cottage, is located 1 mile from Kennebunk beaches and 1.5 miles from dining and shopping in Kennebunkport’s Dock Square. Close to golf, nature trails and only a 1/2 mile from the Mousam River for fishing and kayaking, it’s a great location to take in all southern coastal Maine has to offer. The cottage provides plenty of outdoor space, so come relax, dine on the back deck and take in the night sky with s'mores by the fire pit.

* Fully stocked kitchen w/ everything to prepare a complete meal, including children's dishes and cutlery.

* 2nd floor primary bedroom w/ queen bed & ensuite full bathroom (tub/shower), TV in room

* 1st floor bedroom w/ queen bed , TV in room

* 1st floor full bathroom (tub/shower)

* 1st floor bedroom w/ twin (daybed) - this room is at the rear of the cottage and has a sliding glass door to access the back deck and yard.

* The living area and each bedroom have independently operated
AC/heating units

* Indoor washer/dryer use

* Spacious backyard, deck with dining table & umbrella

*Fire pit with Adirondack chairs

*Private driveway with space for 4 vehicles

* Once you book a stay, I will provide a Guest Guide which includes suggestions of where to eat and what to do - A hard copy of this guide is also available at the cottage.

* We'll provide beach parking passes which are required from June 15 - Sept 15 to park at Kennebunk beaches.

* The following beach gear will be available - chairs, umbrella, beach towels, a beach bag and cooler

* We have a pack-n-play on site w/ an extra (thicker) mattress, mattress protector and sheets.

* There are some board games and puzzles for those days when you can't get outside.

* And, we hope you'll enjoy some coffee or tea on us. There is a coffee/tea drawer in the kitchen w/ Keurig pods, sugar, creamer and a variety of teas.
