Lovely home

The accommodation was amazing I had a issue checking in didn’t get the codes until after 6. But outside of that it was amazing. All accommodations were great it was clean and well stocked.

Nice house inside

The inside of the house is lovely and well-kept and perfect for a weekend trip to Atlanta for a small family. However, we were disappointed with the loud, sketchy neighborhood. The street is full of trashy yards. People parked beside the house at night and were extremely loud, partying and smoking weed. I wouldn’t have stayed if it hadn’t been for having three grown men in the group. If it were in a different part of the city, I would have given this house an excellent review.

Worst experience that I’m currently fighting….

BEWARE! This property is NOT as described. I’ve been asking for a refund since day ONE of booking. The VRBO host would not answer my calls. I contacted VRBO directly and they reached out to the host and was able to get her on a 3-way call. Two points I'd like to make. One, this property should NOT be allowed to be listed as it does not meet the standards to be a host property at all! Two, this host is less than professional and I dare say a crook! I work hard for a living and I don't have any money to just give away. This host/property NEVER be allowed on VRBO again. It's fraudulent at best. Also, i tried contacting the host on NUMEROUS occasions and VRBO had to get involved every time because the host wouldn't respond. I also have pictures to show the condition of the house when I arrived. And I DID NOT stay there because of those conditions. Additionally, I had a total of 7 guests for this Sweet 16 Birthday Getaway, and the house was "decorated" ( a term used very loosely) with empty liquor bottles, which I found to be inappropriate. As well as the owner requesting license plate numbers for vehicles that would be on the property so that she could give to police which I thought to be odd but once in the vicinity, I fully understood as the property was not in the safest area of town. I was accosted by a man rushing me and the girls upon arrival to see if he could mow the lawn (which was very overgrown) and stated that he had been coming by for weeks.

Didn't actually stay

We had planned to stay after a football game at Mercedes Benz Stadium but decided instead to drive the couple hours home. Our decision was not based on the property but on the desire to get to our own place. The house itself was just as described. Very nicely decorated and clean. Neighborhood was a little sketchy.

Fun in the A!

I rented this property for a girls' weekend. It provided all the space we needed and was close to everything we wanted to do. The house looked just like the pictures! My friends said the decor was bright and cheery and made them feel at home. There is street parking if there will be more than three cars. It's by GA Tech, which is an up-and-coming area. We felt safe and everyone we came in contact with was very friendly. Sonya was great with her communication and if I had a question she answered it within minutes. I will definitely rent from her again!
