Our goal is to offer affordable, Curated Comfort, ensuring a well-maintained and welcoming space for every guest. Through a selective booking process, we prioritize responsible guests to maintain exceptional service and property standards.
Suite 35B is a garden-level unit in a quiet Lakewood, Colorado cul-de-sac, designed for guests navigating life’s transitions. Whether relocating, traveling for medical purposes, or attending an event, this pet-friendly space is ideal for small groups or families of up to 4.
Situated on a multi-family property with Suite 35A above, it offers privacy, separate entrances, and a shared central heating & cooling system. A welcoming space with an authentic Kenyan touch - Designed for simplicity, comfort, and function. You’ll notice that our decor includes rare pieces imported directly from Kenya, along with gently used furniture (excluding mattresses, linens, TVs, and TV stands—all of which are new). The gently used pieces have some visible scratches, which we purposely keep as part of the Kenyan home aesthetic, focusing on humility and functionality rather than hiding imperfections.

We welcome all cats and dogs, including shedding breeds, while ensuring a well-maintained space. To balance fairness and cleanliness, our pet policy includes fees and deposits (per pet with a 2 pet maximum) to encourage responsible pet ownership.

For your safety and the protection of our trees, guests may not hang any hammocks, swings, chairs, or other equipment from trees or structures on the property. Doing so may result in immediate cancellation of your stay and financial liability for any damage.
We provide an approved hammock for your enjoyment. Guests are only permitted to use the hammock supplied by management. By using it, guests agree to the following:
 Acknowledge and accept full responsibility by waiving all liability to the property owner/manager.
 Exercise caution at all times while using the hammock.
 Ensure no more than 500 pounds of total weight is placed on the hammock, per manufacturer recommendations.
 Children may not use the hammock without adult supervision.
Due to the natural environment of the property, guests are also encouraged to use bug spray when spending time in the yard.

🧼 We professionally deep-clean the grill weekly (typically early morning Saturdays or Sundays in time for lunch BBQ), and ask guests to kindly clean after personal use. Propane is provided by your host, so all you need to bring is your appetite and favorite grillables!

We only accept responsible pet parents who prioritize their pet's well-being. Pets cannot be left unattended in the suite for more than four hours. Additionally, dogs must be taken out regularly for walks and must have companionship, especially in a new environment, to help ease stress and ensure their overall well-being.

Relaxing backyard

I enjoyed my stay, especially taking outdoor breaks in the backyard while working remotely. The sun felt good on my skin and the air was fresh. The birds chirping, squirls collecting their nuts, butterflies, and dragonflies around completed the peaceful feeling. The basement apartment was cool in the summer heat. I recommend Anna's conveniently located quiet place in a Cul de sac.

The description and information were accurate. There were extra items provided like laundry detergent coffee and other items that made the stay very user friendly. The location allowed us to many different vacation venues with ease. Lots of nearby restaurants which offered the option to eat out or to cook onsite. Anna checked in several times to make sure things were going smoothly. We enjoyed the outdoor space very much.
