(157+ m2) penthouse condo (top floor, 3rd floor walk-up) has everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. It can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably and is ideal for large families. Enjoy the stunning views of the lake and beach from your 2 private screened-in balconies.

Our condo is located in the Four Corners neighborhood in Davenport, Florida. You’ll be close to Disney World, Legoland, Peppa Pig, Sea World, Universal Studios and other amazing attractions in the Orlando area.

When you’re not exploring the theme parks, you can take advantage of the many FREE guest amenities at our family friendly resort. Swim in one of the 4 heated pools, soak in one of the 6 hot tubs, stroll along the walking trails, play sand volleyball, tennis, pickleball, basketball, ping-pong, pool, corn toss, tether ball, shuffleboard or fish from the dock (FL fishing license required). Plan a picnic using one of the resort's charcoal or gas grills. There’s also a kids playground, a kids splash pad and a poolside spa and sauna for your enjoyment. AND NO ADDITIONAL RESORT FEES!
