The well-equipped, full kitchen has a suite of major appliances and plenty of cookware to prepare at-home meals or beach snacks, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Dine together at the table for four or grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar before heading out for the day's adventures. Unwind in the living area with a queen-size sofa bed and a smart TV for streaming your favorite channels. And outside, from morning coffee to sunset cocktails, the private balcony welcomes you with sweeping Gulf views and coastal breezes.

Great View & Location

Needs updating to look clean, but cleaning crew did good job. Needed repairs but were done very quickly. Good overall experience, love Mainsail & management of Vacasa.

Family beach trip

Close beach access’s which was a plus for a beach loving family! Condo definitely needs upgrades in some places like kitchen. Black tile and brick red paint make it feel very closed off, but it served the purpose of getting us out of the condo daily during vacation!

Gut: Check-in und Lage

Good location

The place itself was ok. We had trouble getting in. We arrived and unloaded less than an hour early only to find that they would not let us in even though the room was ready. The fridge/freezer leaked the entire time, no kitchen dish rags, gross trash in the cabinet that held the trash can and the wicker drawers were dusty and gross. It may help to have some emergency procedures for inclement weather. We were under a tornado warning and there was no where to go. All bathrooms had lots of glass and closets were all locked. Elevators .. although you had no control… were often not working and parking is horrendous. We had to park way down the street and walk with groceries etc back to the place. Yet, all the “owners parking” was not accessible to us.

Needed lil TLC

The place was roomy and spacious. Could have been lil cleaner. Floors looked dirty. Coffee pot had no basket to make coffee for all of us. Rugs n mats could be replaced. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedding was thin . Needs light bulbs and master bathroom sink linked. They needed to put broom in closet for us to sweep up. And door handle going out to balcony was broken.
