This wonderfully upgraded Mainsail unit has a new contemporary flair and a gorgeous coastline view from a private sixth-floor balcony. The living area has a large flat screen TV, a DVD player, mirrored walls, and nicely tiled floors. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, upgraded full-size appliances, and a washer and dryer tucked away in a closet. The master bedroom has a king bed, a TV, a DVD, and carpeted floors. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, pine furniture, a TV, and a DVD player. The balcony is located just off of both the living room and the master bedroom for incredible sights of the sparkling blue/green waters. There is a dining table for six, three bar stools, and patio furniture for plenty of seating.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
