Fish or crab from our dock, get a charter or rent a pontoon, skiff or kayak. Bring your SUP and slide into the bay from our pier. Plenty of clams to be had in the shallows just off the dock. You won’t find a more convenient location. Condo is on a dead end street so no traffic.

There is a 7/11 about a block away and the famous OC Minit Market with great fried chicken and subs as well as groceries on 32nd street, you can get beer and wine at both.
