About the Home:
This expansive 5,684 square-foot home is expertly designed for guests to embrace lavish living. Elegant decor combined with sleek, modern architecture fosters a relaxing and upscale environment quintessential to the West Hollywood area. Glass walls flood the home with gorgeous natural light, and you can open them up to blend indoor and outdoor living seamlessly. The outdoor space exceeds all expectations, with a pool and hot tub, an incredible outdoor kitchen, a comfy cabana, and a lux lounge space in front of the fireplace.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
A large group will have plenty of space to spread out thanks to four spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom is a peaceful haven furnished with high-end mattresses, wall-mounted flat-screen smart TVs, dreamy walk-in closets, and black-out curtains to help you get the perfect night’s sleep. You can stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV from your comfy situation, although you are more likely to fall fast asleep in the luxury beds with plush sheets and pillows. Two bedrooms also boast access to balconies with comfortable seating areas.
Each bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with additional towels, essential bath products, and a pristine backdrop to unwind or prepare for the day! Two extra full bathrooms are located off the home’s main living areas.
KITCHEN & LOUNGE
The modern kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need for entertaining, including impressive counter space, new stainless steel appliances, top-of-the-line kitchen gadgets, and plenty of dinner and glassware. The open kitchen leads to the lounge and dining area, making it easy to enjoy your group’s company. The dining table can seat up to ten guests, and there are another four high-top seats on the center island.
Step into the gorgeous lounge with a plush sectional sofa, an electric fireplace, and a large smart TV. The open-plan living area is naturally bright during the day from the floor-to-ceiling windows that lead to the private backyard. If you prefer a more intimate setting for movie nights, you can head to the cozy private cinema with reclining theater chairs, massive bean bag chairs, and a big screen.
OUTDOOR AREA
The spectacular backyard is a relaxing sanctuary screened with privacy hedges and boasts a shimmering pool, jacuzzi, and shaded cabana to cool off after an afternoon in the sun. A full outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and bar top seating is also available. You can have alfresco meals at the large outdoor dining table (seating eight). There’s also an outdoor lounge space with comfy furniture, a smart TV, and an electric fireplace for chilly evenings.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house, including the stunning backyard with its recreational amenities. Private gated parking is available.

The estate is located in a quiet neighborhood. All noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 9-10 PM. The neighbors are extremely sensitive, so it’s crucial that everything is at an appropriate level. We can’t have complaints about loud music, guests, or people hanging out in the street.

Please Note:
- Client agrees that Owner, Property Management Company, Agent or authorized representative may access the Property with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to show the Property to prospective guests, vendors, or potential buyers. Agent shall notify Client in advance of any access and will coordinate with Client to schedule such access at a mutually convenient time if possible.
- Client agrees to maintain the Property in a clean and tidy condition, and to ensure that all personal belongings and valuables are secured during any showings or maintenance activities. You may also qualify for a complimentary touch-up cleaning.
