We accept only verified profiles, and will request your government ID after booking. Please let us know what is bringing you to town, how many guests will be with you, and the ages as we will be confirming the occupants during check in. By booking our property, you are accepting responsibility for all your guests, and any damages they may cause

Included in booking: Spot Cleaning and Maintenance every 30 days, First $300/mo of Electricity/Water/Internet

By booking, you are stating you give permission to the host to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the host. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the host if you have any questions.

Please confirm you will complete the additional guest screening via Safely, sent after booking, and if the results are unacceptable to the host, you will cancel the reservation upon request.

We confirm the number of guests staying in the property to your responses during the booking process and check in. We charge per guest, please make sure your guest count is accurate when booking, or update us prior to additional guests arriving.

Early check-in and late checkout requests need host approval and may have extra fees. Please let us know before booking or as soon as you know if you'll be making a request. We will do our best to accommodate.

Fees are as follows:

* Up to half a night's rate for up to +/- 8 hours
