Hot Tub Cabin in the Mountains

Our house is located in the heart of the Catskills Mountains. A short 5 minute drive to Phoenicia and local shops and restaurants. Top fly fishing / hiking nearby, a short drive to skiing at Belleayre / Hunter Mountain, and 20 minutes from Woodstock. Perfect spot to unwind and connect with nature!

The First Floor:
- Living Room area with 55" SmartTV
- Fully renovated kitchen with stainless steel Gas Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Refrigerator
- All essential dish and cookware are provided, including coffee machine with coffee and sugar
- Dining room with large table that comfortably seats 6 people
- Huge bathroom with washer / dryer (laundry pods provided)
- One bedroom (the smallest), with a double bed and built-in desk with a monitor for a perfect work-from-home space
- Two AC units are included on this floor in the summer

The Second Floor:
- Two additional bedrooms upstairs (both with AC units in summer)
- The largest bedroom is the blue room, equipped with a queen bed, dresser, mirror, and rocking chair. The room also includes a desk nook with a computer monitor that is another great working space!
- The green room has a queen bed, dresser, and mirror

Outside:
- Front porch includes 6 wooden Adirondack chairs that are the perfect location to start your morning!
- Backyard includes brand new hot tub, gas grill (propane included), and fire pit area with rustic tree trunk seats (firewood included)
- Driveway with parking for up to 4 vehicles

You will have the entire property to yourself. Self check-in instructions will be provided. We are available should you have any questions.

- Keyless entry with a smart front door lock
- Outdoor Ring cameras at front and back doors for security purposes
- Check out time is at 11 am
- 3-night minimum for holiday weekends
- Please do not leave food outside or on the grill as we do have very curious animal neighbors
- Cell phone service is spotty at best -- plan ahead to be without it while you're here! WiFi password will be provided prior to your stay so you can stay connected once you arrive
-AC units will be installed during summer months (about May through August)
-Smoking is only allowed outside the home

Any late check out will be assessed $100 fee per hour unless previously discussed. Our cleaning staff are on a tight time schedule, as they need the allotted time to deep clean and sanitize for the next guest. However, if discussed and approved beforehand with the host, there will be no additional fee.
