Perfect weekend get away

This was perfect for a quick weekend getaway! We enjoyed the beautiful setting and the immaculate little house had everything we needed and more. Everything was pristine and Betty was available and helpful. I canā€™t wait to go back!

Great, quiet getaway!

Wonderful experience! This home is very well taken care of and the amenities were just what we needed. We were on a work trip and this was the perfect spot for us. Bleu Canoe (local restaurant) is within walking distance and is the best food youā€™ll find anywhere around Lake Burton!

Cutest cottage!

We loved this property. It had everything we needed and was a great location. It was close enough to Helen but far enough away to feel secluded. Would definitely recommend to a small family. The kids loved the loft too. Great owner communication as well!

Mother and Daughters weekend

Fantastic location, lots of sleeping room, very very clean. Having two bathrooms was great! I would definately recommend a bean bag chair or two to serve as additional seating while watching tv.

First Tiny House stay

We were visiting family in the area and Bev's Place was located just right. Lots of great hiking areas nearby. The unit was well stocked with anything we could need. Since we were on the road from another family visit, the washer/dryer was especially nice to have. It was clean and comfortable.

Kids loved the tiny house!

We had a great time! (despite the weather). The tiny house looks brand new and it is much better than a traditional cabin... It is clean and organized, and the checking process was extremely easy.

Weekend trip with kids

We loved every minute of this perfectly quaint tiny home and the community! Our family is dreaming of moving to Maine and looking to own a tiny home or large camper to fit our family of 6! This was the best weekend to experience a place this size! The owner is kind, attentive, and has great communication! We enjoyed our time in Helen and will definitely look to stay again!

Perfect Stay

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The community is so cute and friendly. The kids loved the yard area and to play by the creek. The house was perfect for our family and the loft area was a hit for the kids. The kitchen has everything you need and the snacks were such a cute touch. Betty is a great host and communicates well. We loved trying all the restaurants near by.

Just perfect

The tiny house has everything you need. Our little daughters loved the "only kids room". The community is very well maintained, there is a common space you can use, with a fireplace, pool table, books and more! It really surprised us. The surrounding is beautiful, we enjoyed daily walks around the house. It is 20' from Helen. We recomend the place!

Great getaway!

We had a lovely time at Bettyā€™s place. The home was clean and more spacious than I imagined with extra beds we didnā€™t even need! My girls loved sleeping in the loft. The only thing we needed and couldnā€™t find was a lighter to help start a fire for sā€™mores. Not a big deal ā€” we bought some matches the next day and left them behind for someone else! Thanks!

Perfect Tiny House Get Away

We live outside Atlanta but wanted a nearby weekend get away for my birthday. The house was perfect for our little family. Thereā€™s a creek, fire pit, stone picnic tables, porch with table/chairs. Good location near Helen (20min), Unicoi, Anna Ruby Falls, and nice hikes to waterfalls (Hemlock is right up the road). Thereā€™s not much for groceries nearby so come with what you might need for cooking. Thereā€™s a well equipped kitchen, snacks, linens, some toiletries (we brought our own). Our 5-year old loved the loft so we all slept up there. Easy checkin and checkout, communication. Nice neighborhood too.

Enjoyed every moment

We truly enjoyed our stay at Bevā€™s Place. It was exactly as described we felt comfortable and for it being a tiny house it has a lot of room. We enjoyed the property with the creek flowing and the evening sounds weā€™re exactly what we were looking for. I liked the location inside the community it is close to the entrance and on a lot where no one is right on top of you. We felt comfortable enough to play out side with kids and didnā€™t fear we weā€™re making to much noise. The Community folks were very friendly. If we were looking to go on another adventure in that area we would definitely choose Bevs again! Thank you

Perfect girls weekend

Located in between Helen, Ga and Tallulah Gorge State Park, this was the perfect little getaway for a girls weekend! Just enough space for three adults. Bev has everything covered and the space was warm and inviting! We did arrive after dark and I believe some solar lights around the home would help because we couldnā€™t see the lot number from the road. But other than that, we had an absolutely wonderful time! I highly recommend this place. Also, eat at the Bleu Canoe, which is literally two minutes down the road from here. You wonā€™t regret it.

Very clean. Cute community. We could have used a full-length mirror and lights out by the dark driveway. Maybe you had lights for the driveway but we didn't find them. Very cute place.
