Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. Our cleaners typically do a thorough job, so I'm surprised and disappointed to hear that wasn’t your experience. I’ve already chatted with the cleaning management about this to ensure it's addressed. Also, we’ve addressed both issues — the hot tub's been tended to, and we've installed some curtains for privacy. Your feedback is super valuable, and it’s through comments like yours that we’re able to improve. Thanks for bringing these things to our attention. It’s feedback like yours that helps us improve and ensure future guests have a smoother stay.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced during your stay, especially during a time like Thanksgiving week. It's disheartening to know that the cleanliness and maintenance issues significantly impacted your holiday plans. While I'm glad to hear there was some reimbursement, I understand that it doesn't fully compensate for the inconvenience and additional expenses incurred. Please know we're taking your feedback seriously to ensure our cleaning and maintenance standards are not only met but exceeded in the future. We're committed to making necessary improvements to prevent such situations from happening again. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention, and again, I apologize for the disruption to your vacation. We hope to have another opportunity to host you under much better circumstances.

I'm sorry to hear that your stay didn't meet your expectations. It sounds like we missed several details that impacted your comfort and convenience. Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we're taking immediate steps to address the issues you've mentioned, including adding curtains or blinds for privacy, updating paint and fixtures, ensuring all essential kitchen tools like a can opener are available, and repairing the garbage disposal and dryer. I apologize for the inconvenience this caused during your visit. We strive to make every guest's stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and it's clear we fell short. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future to show you the improvements made based on your feedback.
