We apologize for any confusion regarding the hot tub; we will make sure to update our listing to accurately reflect the amenities. We're sorry to hear that the master bed was too firm for your comfort. We understand that mattress preferences can vary. Regarding the location, we never mentioned it was secluded. I would like to state, we reached out twice once through VRBO and once via text to ensure your check-in was smooth and to see if you needed anything, but I did not hear back until the day of your departure. Regarding your stay, I must address some concerns that were noted by our housekeeping team. Our rental agreement requires disclosure of any pets, which was not communicated. Upon cleaning, our team discovered evidence of a pet, including a puddle of urine, smudge marks on the windows, and food crumbs in hallway. Additionally, they found feces outside the downstairs toilet and inside the toilet bowl cleaner holder. This level of cleanliness is not in line with our expectations or the terms of the rental agreement. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests and rely on honest communication to maintain this standard. We hope you understand the importance of adhering to the house rules to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.
