Surrounded by swaying palms, Pono Kai Resort dares you to discover your own Hawaiian paradise here at this gorgeous resort. This resort is perfect for the everyday person who just needs to get away from the tasks of everyday life, and step into a world of peace.
Being steps away from the beach gives the opportunity to soak up all the rays to brighten your day. Love the beach and the sound of the waves but not a sand person? Pull up a chair at the pool, maybe even take a lounge in the hot tub, and still be able to relax to the sound of waves! In the mood for water activities? Check with the concierge for your kayak, boat, snorkeling, paddle-boarding and more, needs!
Not only do you have the gorgeous beach and a pool, but if you're in the mood for games you have the option to play tennis, shuffleboard, croquet and basketball. After a long day of relaxing or adventuring, you could end the night with a walk along the trail and enjoy the breath taking sunsets or detour off to find a waterfall.
Your beachy bedroom awaits your arrival! Equipped with a full kitchen, you have the option to make a delicious meal, maybe even take a walk over to the herb garden to really spice it up! Although there are no restaurants on the property, Pono Kai Resort is within a 10- to 15-minute walk of all local shops, restaurants, and convenience stores.
1 bedroom units have air conditioning in the living room only.
Each individual unit may have different furnishings - all units are assigned at check in.

The below fees and/or deposits may be charged at check-in, check-out, at time of service or in advance of check-in if so noted.
Mandatory Fees:
Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
Mandatory Security deposit is $50.00 U.S. dollars.
Mandatory Tourist Tax is $40.00 to $120.00 U.S. dollars per unit.
Fees and/or deposits can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the type of unit booked.
Housekeeping fee: There may be a fee of $79.00 U.S. dollars for 1 Bedroom units, per stay.
Fees charged for some utilities.
Coin operated laundry facilities are located on the first floor of every building.
**Ongoing renovation: Hallway carpet replacement.
**The resort pool/hot tub will be closed for maintenance from 9/1/24 - 12/31/25. The Kapaa Public Pool, located less than one mile from the resort, is open to the public.
Elevator will be closed from December 16, 2024 to January 6, 2025.
Elevator will be closed from January 5, 2025 to February 10, 2025.
The elevator and laundry room in Building A will be closed. During the project, guests may use Building B or E laundry. Housekeeping will provide luggage services.
The elevator in Building K will be closed. Housekeeping will provide luggage services.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.
