Shawn was great to work with, very responsive and an amazing host. The house was clean and showed as presented on the website. Our kids loved the outdoor space and the house is very convenient to all the major spots in Los Angeles. Shawn also provide great recommendations for local spots to grab some really good food. This home was beautiful inside and very well equipped for a few days stay. It was very clean and spacious. The backyard and pool area was lovely too, wish we would have had more time to enjoy the outdoor space during our visit. A nice feature was garage parking in the back of the property. It was a good location in regards to visiting Universal and the LAX airport.

Only had a one night stay here, wish it was for longer. The house met all of our needs. The host, Shawn, was very communicative to me about the property and checking in and out was extremely easy. One thing I would say is the parking out front is on a busy street and it can be a little confusing on if it's actual street parking, but it is. (And if you have something other than our huge SUV you can always park in the garage in the alley) Pool, lots of beds, plenty of seating indoors and out, everything was clean, if you're staying in the greater LA area you can't do much better than staying here.

My family of six (to young boys, my husband, my father, my sister, and myself) stayed for three days and it was the highlight for the boys especially. The backyard was by far our favorite. The boys played in the pool all day while the adults were able to have their pick of comfy lounge furniture to read and watch them. We would definitely stay again!

Many things to love about this property. It was very convenient for our busy weekend. Home had everything we needed and was very neat and comfortable. Host was very detailed with everything and easy to get in touch with. We had a couple hiccups during our stay but they were quickly addressed and handled by either the host or property manager so for me this was a positive!!! I would definitely stay at this lovely home again. Thank you for having us
