Recently upgraded 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium sleeps up to 6 and is located just a few minutes drive to the Deer Valley East Village and Gondola. The Park City and Canyons Ski Resorts 8 mile drive. In the winter, there are great views of the Jordanelle lake. This first floor with beautiful views of the lake, is surrounded by Aspen trees in a private setting. The lake has boating, sailing or paddle boarding out your backdoor. The drive from the Salt Lake Airport is about 45 min on all freeway. No Stoplights!
When you arrive there are two underground reserved spaces for your vehicles and additional overflow parking. You can enter the condo directly from the garage.
Inside you will find a nicely remodeled unit with new furniture, flooring, and appliances, The Master bedroom with attached bath has a new Queen bed and views of the Aspen trees and the lake. It also has a wall mounted Smart TV.
The second bedroom also has a new Queen bed and views of the Lake. The 2nd bath is adjacent to the bedroom. This bath includes a combination tub/shower.
The living area includes a comfortable Queen pull-out couch, two leather recliners and a nice LG 42 Inch Smart TV and a gas fireplace that you turn on via the wall mounted switch.
Off of the family room, there is a deck with a brand new Weber propane BBQ including an extra tank and 2 very comfortable chairs.
Also in the main living area is a dining table that seats 4 plus there is room for 2 more at the Breakfast bar. The nicely remodeled kitchen is well stocked with all the stainless steel appliances and cooking items you need. For coffee, there 3 coffee makers: Keurig, drip coffee maker and a French Press with a grinder.
High Speed Internet Wi-Fi works great throughout the condo.
The Fox Bay community center offers a heated pool in the summer along with a year round heated hot-tub. The clubhouse has a fitness center, billiards pool table and a ping pong table. For the summer, there is also a pickle ball court, basketball court, a tot lot with picnic tables area. Many hiking trails are within close proximity to the Fox Bay community.
We love to visit our mountain getaway and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

My wife and I were raised in Salt Lake City and grew up skiing in Park City in the 60's and 70's. We currently reside in Southern California, but have always wanted to visit Utah and in particular Park City for all seasons. We have upgraded this beautiful condo to make it a very comfortable perfect for our family enjoyment and for our guests.

We Love the Fox Bay community of condominiums located between the Jordanelle State Park Reservoir and the Back side of the Deer Valley Ski Resort. This is very quiet and peaceful location with easy access to the Reservoir for Aquatic activities and very close to the Deer Valley Gondola Express lift for skiing. Easy access to Park City and Heber City on Highway 40.
