Just a few miles up the road, additional activities include golfing at the Resort at Squaw Creek, hiking up Shirley Canyon, guided Via Ferrata traversing, disc golf, and of course the scenic cable car rides up to High Camp and much more.

After a full day of activities retreat back to this two-story inviting home, offering a modern layout with an attached two-car garage. Enter on the ground level of the house where you will find the first guest bedroom and den area which has a futon sleeper and access to a covered deck.

On the upper level is a beautiful and bright open kitchen and living room set up. The kitchen features a large island set up which is perfect for entertaining. The Livingroom is situated around the flat screen tv and gas fireplace and has access to the covered deck area. Down the hall, you will find the master bedroom with a full en suite bathroom. Also on the upper level is the bunk room where you will find two twin over twin bunk beds and the third full bathroom.

Olympic Valley is home to Palisades Tahoe (formally known as Squaw/Alpine) which is one of the largest ski areas in North Lake Tahoe and was the host site of the 1960 Winter Olympics. With access to 6,000 skiable acres, 43 chairlifts, and the only funitel in the US, skiing Palisades Tahoe has earned a place on many a skier's bucket list.
Beyond the slopes, visitors can enjoy ice skating, snow tubing, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing. The Village at Palisades Tahoe (formally the Village at Squaw) offers a wide array of dining and après options, as well as a yoga studio, and many retail offerings.

A true four seasons resort, summer in Olympic Valley is not to be missed. Hike or ride the tram to High Camp Pool and & Hot Tub, where you can swim or enjoy a cocktail at the poolside bar. Play a round of miniature golf, conquer the 25' outdoor climbing wall, or try your hand at the ropes course. 3. The Palisades Subdivision is brand new. Neighboring parcels may be under construction. Some noise/nuisance is anticipated.
4. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.

HOST FEE DETAILS:
Damage Waiver Fee – is collected in lieu of a Security Deposit. Protects you against a maximum of $3000 of unintentional damages at the rental unit, provided that damage is disclosed to Tahoe Getaways prior to check-out.
