Kitchen was fully equipped with all needs, but you do need your own container of coffee and filters need to be the cone style. Also you only get one roll of paper towels. Read that stuff carefully. We brought our own. Bedrooms were really nice. We had the master king room downstairs and the play form around bed is hard to get in and out of if short or elderly. A bathroom for every room was very nice. Fans for the bedroom might be another thing needed. Playroom was great!! Kids loved it! Over all we loved the stay and would go back. Being able to text the rental agency with anything was the best. Very quick response.

Family 4th of July stay with 4 generations! It was our first time staying in Suncadia and we loved the safe family atmosphere! Lovely

Whole family gathered. Youngest grandson is 4, mom is 97. She got a lovely room on the ground floor, meaning no stairs needed. We saw a herd of wild elk nearby. Great walks. We had bbq and meals prepared in well equipped kitchen. Hot tub in the evening. Highly recommended.

My family and I stayed at this house for a mini family vacation and this house was perfect for it. The host was very quick to responded when we had questions and helpful. The house was well stocked with supplies and overall was very clean.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was beautiful, clean and maintained. The location of the property was excellent. The en-suites are perfect for multi generation vacations. The grandkids loved the playroom/garage, the hot tub and fire pit. The check in and check out process was excellent. For all those reasons I want to recommend this home. We personally will not rent this home again. We were interested in this particular home because it could house so many people. With that many people there needs to be a solution for guest needs regarding food/clothing storage. The pantry was not accessible to guests leaving much of our dry food all over the counters in the kitchen and floor in the dining room despite moving around things in two cabinets for storage. Many of the closets are also not accessible to include the primary suites leaving guests to have to share closet space with others. We will rent again in Suncadia with Vacation Rental 365 as they have always been excellent!

We chose it for a long weekend to celebrate Friendsgiving, and it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with pans, baking dishes, knives, dinnerware, utensils, and more, making meal prep a breeze. Also, each of us had our own private room and bathroom, which was a delightful luxury.We were, however, a bit disappointed with two things: (1) the arcade game didn’t work, which was unfortunate as the game room played a significant role in choosing this house, and (2) the fire pit, located under cover, didn’t include a propane tank because the resort was “planning for winter,” which honestly didn’t make a lot of sense to us. Despite these minor issues, customer support was very responsive whenever we reached out.

Perfect stay!

Had an incredibly enjoyable bachelorette weekend here! The house was beautiful and wonderfully clean. Love that each bedroom had an en suite bathroom. The kitchen was easy to cook in with plenty of space. The hot tub works well and the neighborhood was very quiet while we were there. It was nice to not have a house directly behind but only one on either side.

Very nice, only issue was the upstairs bedroom kitty corner from the room with bunk bed did not have hot water in the shower, tepid at best. That shower also dripped occasionally. This is just info to improve the place, it in no way diminished from our stay. Thank you

Beautiful, clean, and family friendly

My brothers and I hosted our families and our dad for his 80 birthday. The home was beautiful and perfectly cleaned. The kitchen was very well stocked and the drawers and cabinets were labeled! We had a couple questions for the management team and they responded within minutes. We'd love to stay again.
