Just Add Water is a fun, relaxing Lakefront Cape Cod Escape
Make yourself at home at this waterfront retreat, let the good times roll and your worries drift away at this spacious lakefront getaway.
Wake up to the ever changing lake views. Enjoy your private beach with swimming, fishing, fun on the Lily Pad or a relaxing day reading a book. With so many beaches to enjoy, historic places, bike paths to bike, the islands to explore the adventures are endless.
Sunday-Sunday booking in season

Open floor plan on the main level, 2 bedrooms full bath and master suite on second floor along with a sleeping loft on the third floor.
Included - Central AC, outdoor shower for sandy feet and bottoms, outdoor gas fire pit, gas grill, linens, towels, pots and pans, dishes, glassware, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, 2 full size fridge/freezer, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, corn hole
There is an attached apartment on the house which is occupied by the owners mother. She is not intrusive on guest’s privacy. She is very friendly and will not bother guests. She does NOT share the yard or any part of the rental section with guest.
Private dock will have owners boat docked on it. Owners will on occasion use boat. Owners will notify guests before arrival if guests prefer. Owners will not encroach on guests privacy. Guest are not allowed on boats.

Quiet neighborhood feels like your away from it all but really so close to everything. Great location.

I will be available for guests at reasonable times during the day unless an emergency. I work so please bare with me as I will respond as quickly as possible.

Terrific house in a sweet spot

The house was impeccable and well-appointed (the shed was a treasure chest of lawn games and water activities). The lake is RIGHT THERE with beautiful views out almost every window. The fire pit is a lovely way to spend evenings. If you happen to have a rainy day, the downstairs is large with a bunch of places where people can set up board games, play cars, watch TV. The beds are comfy. Towels thick and clean. And they let our sweet, old dog stay with us!

Great Vacation!

This was our 9th year at the Cape and really the best vacation! Loved the location. Very relaxing and lots of things to do with the grandkids! Looking forward to coming back next year.

Excellent week on the cape

My wife, daughter, and I really enjoyed our stay. There’s a tiny beach on the property where our toddler played every day in the sand as gentle waves lapped up against her feet. House is clean, bedrooms are big, location is incredibly convenient, with a beautiful view of the water. Not much more you could want. We will be back!

As Good as it Gets

Communication with the owners was excellent, before and during our stay. My husband and I stayed along with 2 friends and all of us were super happy with the entire experience. Views from inside the house are picture perfect. The property is in a convenient location and exceptionally well-maintained. It's obvious that the owners car about their guests' comfort. The furniture, especially the beds, were high-quality. There is ample outdoor space with access to the lake and everything you could want to enjoy spending time there. The owner even took us on a boat ride. One day it rained and we entertained ourselves and a few visiting friends without needing to leave the property. The owners are also on top of cleaning up after the unwanted geese that try and make themselves too comfortable. We have stayed at many VRBOs and this one is a true gem. It should be noted that there are stone steps to get down to the house without a railing, so if accessibility is an issue for you be prepared to go around the house to enter. Overall, we could not have been happier. The Burke Family are considerate and gracious hosts.

Amazing property with awesome owners!

We just returned from a week at "Just Add Water" and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The Burke Family were very welcoming and even took us for a ride in their boat upon our arrival. The home was large and well appointed, and each room in the house had beautiful views of the lake it is situated on. The kitchen was large and fully stocked with all the appliances one would need, and the bedrooms were all large with very comfortable linens/bedding. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we look forward to returning again in the future.

Great centrally located home on lake on cape

Lovely home and property, centrally located on Cape Cod. Easy to visit other areas of Cape, but also great for days we stayed home. Kayaks, floating matt, and comfortable out door furniture made for a wonderful place to relax. Our Bernedoodle loved it too! House had every ammenity and super comfortable beds.
