The house was updated recently and very clean. The decor was very well done with the beach theme. We enjoyed both the sun room and patio out back. The house was very comfortable and the location was great for access to everything we wanted to do. Need a vehicle to get to the beach...but that was expected.The living room was great for cuddling up and watching a movie and the kitchen was very well appointed for cooking a meal or heating up a pizza.Communication with owner of property was great and they were very responsive.We would definitely consider staying at this property again if/when we return to this area.

Great location, VERY CLEAN and comfortable!

This home was exactly as listed and so much more! EXTREMELY CLEAN and loved the LOCATION, close to some of the best beaches in FL as well as many other attractions to enjoy with the family. Third visit and we’ll happily return!

Alina’s place is comforting and cozy but also has plenty of space and style. We love having coffee in the sunroom, relaxing in the living room, and dining in using the full kitchen. Everything is super-clean and well-appointed. A great place to stay.

Super clean and enjoyable stay

The check in was super easy. Our young children did well there. There were some games and puzzles the kids enjoyed. Very convenient location to stores, restaurants and I-75. It's also less than 15 minutes from a nice playground, water park and Children's museum. We would stay here again. Thanks!

Beautiful cottage, white sand and lots of sea shells!

Absolutely beautiful cottage, clean and nicely decorated! Check-in was super easy/keypad and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Our daughter loved the sunroom packed with games and books, and the bunk beds were perfect for our kids. We were only a short drive from the beautiful beaches, stores, and restaurants. We'll definely return!!!

Very comfortable!

The house was cozy and comfortable as described. Quiet neighborhood. It is decorated nicely. The only thing that could have made it better is if Bonita Beach or Barefoot Beach could have been open but was not due to Hurricane Ian hitting the end of the year. The owner was always quick to respond!

Charming, comfortable, well appointed, and fun!

We had a great stay here while in the area visiting family. The owner, Alina, was very communicative and responsive, and the property itself is roomy and comfortable for two to four. The kitchen is clean and well equipped, the living room is generous and comfortable, and the two bedrooms have comfortable beds. The decor is clever and fun. We visited during a major heatwave, and the A/C kept us cool and happy. The bathroom has a roomy shower with good pressure. We would definitely return for a future visit.

House was very clean. Overall location was good, but the block the house was on looked little run down. Everything in the house worked pretty well. The showers water pressure was too low.

Place was as advertised. Inside pictures are accurate. Location was convenient and close to our friends. Owner was responsive and friendly. The only draw back was the neighborhood. It was a residential neighborhood and suspect this is the only rental in the area. Lots of early morning traffic, yard and back patio was not useful, and would suggest owner put in a gas grill. We missed having that in our rental.

Perfect Little Beach Home

This little beach house has everything that is important in a vacation rental, not to mention it's just downright adorable. When you walk in the door, it smells fresh and clean. The mattresses are really comfortable and the sheets are nice and soft. The water pressure in the shower in excellent. The couch is big and comfy and can fit a lot of people. The whole home is decorated so fun and beachy so you definitely feel like you're at the beach. Speaking of the beach, it's quick to get there and there are a lot of really nice beaches to choose from near the house. My husband and I will definitely be staying here again!

Can't wait to get back here!

I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars! This place is so clean and well maintained. You can tell the owners really take care of this property. You have everything you could possibly want or need in the house – clean kitchen and bathroom, comfy beds, cute beach decor, large TV and sectional couch, extra beach supplies in garage, washer and dryer, etc. I could go on and on. Plus, the location is perfect for a quick run to grocery store or pharmacy in case you need anything. There are also many great restaurants close. There are multiple beaches you can drive to nearby; we went to the beach every day of our stay. It was such an enjoyable holiday for us and can’t wait to get back! If you are looking for a quiet and ‘non-touristy’ beach getaway, this place is IT!

Hello! My name is Alina. I’m an accountant by trade with a passion for hosting, a trait my parents instilled in me from a young age. My husband, a software developer, and I love to travel as much as we can.

We frequently travel between Florida and Georgia while working remotely. Florida has always been our family’s vacation destination. It's not just our second home; it’s our home.

We love the outdoors and try to unplug as often as our jobs allow. From RV trips down coastal highways to sharing a bottle of wine in front of the Eiffel Tower, we love to try new things and experience the beauty the world has to offer.

Some of our best memories have been vacationing with friends and family, and we are excited to play a small part in allowing others to do the same!

We have fallen in love with Florida and hope to share its beauty and charm with others!
