My house is 2200 square feet 3 bedroom and 2 full baths. I tore out some pony walls to open up the living area to one great room for seamless movement and social interaction.

The kitchen is brand new with a 9 foot island and plenty of storage and all the necessities to cook fabulous meals for the family. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans flatware and plates so no need to eat out (unless you want to :-) ).


The primary and the kids bedrooms have dedicated desk space to make it easy to work remotely while enjoying the desert sun.

Never worry about the pool that is securely enclosed to keep it safe.

All the amenities you will need to feel right at home are all here, including: Iron, blow dryer, towels soap, napkins, etc.

You`ll have access to the entire home, patio, pool and spa.

NOTE:
With the war in Ukraine gas has gone up so much I cannot keep the pool heated. It can be turned on for extra fee of $60 per day used. Spa heating is $40/day used.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 11am. I will do my best to accommodate early check in or check out depending on other guest arrivals.

I usually respond within 5 min of questions. I do turn my phone off from midnight til 8 am.

Super quiet neighborhood next to Summerland in the las vegas area. Close to two shopping centers, Red Rock casino and Canyon area.

Family oriented neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors and stay as if it was your home.

The home has 3 car garage and street parking. Garage parking available but Lyft/Uber also very convenient. Please do not park on street.

I pay a living wage for my cleaner and she does such a great job. It also costs me $250 but I do not charge my guests for this.

There are smoke detectors in each room, two noise and carbon monoxide detectors.

There are two security cameras outside and one on the doorbell to ensure safe and quiet enjoyment of the home.
House for quiet enjoyment. You can have small get togethers but absolutely no parties. Parties of any kind that trigger the noise alarm are subject to immediate cancellation of reservation without a refund. Be kind to neighbors as you wish others were next to your home.

Please put used dishes in dishwasher and dirty towels in laundry prior to checkout.
