Walk or ride along the Cape Cod Rail Trail to sandy Linnell Landing beach (< 1 mile), Nickerson State Park (1/3 mile) and Ocean Edge Resort (<1 mile) from this sunsplashed apartment (similar to a Condo or Flat). Access trail to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path is at the cul-de-sac. Everything is brand new and very private. Enjoy the lovely private patio with a gas grill and fire pit table. Relax in the comfortable furnishings and central A/C. The apartment is an attached addition to the main house. All rooms and the patio shown belong to the apartment and the only shared space is the garden/yard/play area.

Enjoy the rooftop bar and beach bar at nearby Ocean Edge Resort (both are open to the public). Take a swim at Linnell Landing Beach or at the ponds at Nickerson State Park. Rent a sunfish sailboat, play golf or miniature golf, take a bike ride, explore gift shops and antique shops and watch the sunset on Cape Cod Bay.

If you are looking to explore different parts of the Cape then this is the perfect location for you! Close to bay side for low tide, close to the ferry for Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Close drive to Province Town as well. All with the perfect comforts of home. If you are looking for a quiet location with all the amenities of home then this is the perfect place. We were thrilled with our stay! The host, Hazel, made it a perfect stay for us!

Great family stay

The property is exactly as described. New, clean, comfortable and has everything you may need. It is close to beaches and activities. We stayed with one of our granddaughters and it was perfect. I especially like having an extra 1/2 bathroom and central air. I highly recommend staying here.

Our small family had a wonderful vacation. The place was clean as a whistle, and has a comfortable and attractive layout. Hazel was a super sweet host and made the whole process very easy. The location was perfect for exploring Brewster - easy walking distance to the walking path. It was also easy to take 6A to explore other areas around the cape. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

Our third year in a row at this little rest haven. Always clean and tidy. Hazel and Rich are always hospitable. The grille is great which we enjoy using and despite there not being a stove it has every other amenity necessary. Comfortable bedding and plenty of towels, tissues, and kitchenware. Sweet Suite and Location

We spent last week on the Cape and this 2-bedroom suite was the perfect stay for our family. Brand new, coastal charm within easy drive and walks to park, beaches, shopping and restaurants. Quiet and serene location and lovely owners who provided amenities like beach chairs and umbrella, secluded patio/firepit and recommendations to make the most of our visit. Charming cozy cottage

We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautifully done and very comfortable for our family of 4. Such a great location too - we loved riding our bikes on the trails and viewing beautiful sunsets at Linnell Landing. The hosts were great too. Highly recommend!

This rental is on a quiet road. Easy access to not only activities in Brewster but also rest of the cape. We took advantage of the walking path to cobies for ice cream and just a little further to the beach. Very clean. Both bedrooms have queen size beds which is great for 2 couples. The lounge/kitchenette was spacious. Came with some coffee pod cups and biscotti treats. Nice to have a private patio with a grill. Enjoyed morning coffee and reading in the Adirondack chairs in front of the cottage. Hazel and Rich are great hosts. Great stay.

Wonderful 2 Bedroom Cottage in Brewster

This charming Cape Cod new cottage was perfect for our 4 night stay in Brewster. It is attached to the owners home but you have complete privacy during your stay, and the owners are lovely people as well. Bike rentals/trails are so close to the cottage which was perfect for us and it’s really close to many restaurants. Again, Thank you Hazel & Rich for a wonderful stay!
