First Floor End Unit Ausgezeichneter Zustand Shipwatch Pointe 2 Walk zum Strand

I have owned a condo at Shipwatch Pointe since 2004. I have never ever had a guest complain about the cleanliness of my unit. As you can see I have a 4.9% out of 5 star rating. In addition, the unit is far from OUTDATED. The dining table, a high top is a few years old. The master bedroom furniture is two years old. The couch is three years old. The wood floors and carpet are about 4 years old. There was some dust by the air vents on the ceiling and there were some small black marks on the washing machine detergent dispenser. There was not mold growing though out as the renter says. I immediately offered to refund the renter all the money that VRBO paid me minus the cleaning fee. I did exactly that. I did not keep a dime other than the cleaning fee. Even though she said she was only there for an hour I had to pay the cleaning service the fee to clean. I have no way of knowing if they used the bathrooms, hand towels, etc. In addition I called VRBO and they said I did not have to refund the rental fee - that is only required if her complaints could not be corrected by having the cleaner return to fix what she deemed as an issue. I decided not to go that route and refunded her all the money I was paid. VRBO still kept their fees - this is out of my control.
