Mother & Daughter Getaway

This property is Wonderful! Excellent Views, Easy Beach Access. It had everything we needed! Enjoyed listening to the Ocean drinking coffee on the Balcony! The Beach was Very Clean with Sparkling Water and cool shells from the reef! The Communication with Property Staff was Amazing... Great place

This was a quick 3 night stay with friends. The price was right and the location was great. Check-in was easy. Condo had everything we needed. The fridge was not working when we got there but the manager took care of the problem quickly. They brought us an ice chest and fixed the fridge when the part came the next day. Beds are comfy. They provided lots of towels.

Spring break get away

Clean and enjoyable stay with a great location, and beach access. The only negative, people did not respect the pet policy. This was stated in the rental agreement, as well as posted signs around the property, yet several guest had dogs, one guest in unit 111 had two dogs and she let them defecate in the bushes. Animals are not people.

Good for kids-close to beach and pool

We traveled for my daughters dance completion in Pensacola and this condo was great for what we needed. Short, easy drive to Pensacola bay center and very close to the property pool and beach across the street. We were short on time so not having to take a car to the beach was great. The kitchen had everything we needed including several kitchen towels. I also really appreciated the number of towels in the bathroom, many more than at a typical rental. Decor was cute and the porch was great to sit and relax watching the waves. My kids loved the hallway bunks and mermaid decor accents! I have a few suggestions for the owners which would make this a five star review. The bathroom plumbing fixtures need to be changed. The condo has been updated but the 1990s plastic handle fixtures with mold inside them remain and don’t match the nice remodel. Also, the AC vent in the bedroom is quite noisy. I used a white noise app on my phone at night which helped.

Great proximity to the beautiful beach

This condo was very clean and was within close proximity to the beautiful beach (about a 4 minute walk). You can definitely see and hear the beach from the balcony, which was great. The condo has lots of dishes and cookware, but there is no oil, salt, pepper or spices for cooking, so you’ll need to get your own. The AC was working great and was nice and cold, and the water gets hot quickly. The beds were comfortable, and the TV had lots of ways to watch like Disney+, regular TV, and you can sign into Netflix, Hulu, etc. What we didn’t realize was the public beach access is literally only about a 40 foot wide swath from where you walk onto the sand between the two high-rise hotels/condos out to the ocean. So you can find a spot somewhere along that swath, or you can go down to the water edge and walk either way to other public beaches; there are private beaches directly to the right or left of that 40 foot swath. Also, the email we received had said that there were ways to rent umbrellas and chairs, which there are from a couple local companies, but you cannot rent umbrellas and chairs right there at the beach because they belong to the high-rise hotels/condos there. We enjoyed the company of the other people at the complex and beach, & everyone was very kind. There were quite a few great places to eat nearby like the Sunset Grille and Lillian’s pizza. All in all this place was great and we would come back again to enjoy the same location.
