New Orleans home with 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom and back patio for lounging. This is not a traditional shotgun home. All bedrooms have a private entrance. Home boasting high ceilings; Neighboring Tremé, Marigny, Bayou St. John, and New Orleans Fairgrounds. Just minutes from many amenities/attractions, including Morrow’s & St. Roch Market (1.0 mi), Harrah’s, Frenchmen, Superdome, & French Quarter (1.8mi).

Please Note:

⚜️-ID: A full view ID will be needed to stay at my home. This can be uploaded via the messaging thread after booking is confirmed. Please do not request to book if you are unwillingly to supply ID. Must be 21yo to book. If you are 20 yo or younger, you must be accompanied by someone 21yo or older.
-I will not host teenagers.
-Not suitable for infants or children.

⚜️-CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy at time of booking is final. Please plan accordingly or buy travel insurance.

⚜️-SMOKING: Please do not smoke inside of my house. If you or your guests will have difficulty adhering to this rule, respectfully, stay someplace else.
I am a nonsmoker. I can always tell. You will be fined and reviewed accordingly. This also applies to any lingering smoke odor on the furniture or in the home. If I have to take extra time to clean or deodorize, I will have to charge you for cleaning as my time is valuable and limited.

⚜️-ANIMALS: No animals allowed. This policy is in place for a reason. Either respect people’s rules for their home or stay home.

⚜️-SECURITY: Please lock the doors and ARM the alarm. Secure my home please. This is New Orleans, not a Hans Christian Andersen fairytale.

⚜️-NO PARTIES: Do not throw any parties; It is prohibited & against city ordinance. If you jeopardize my permit to operate in any way, Ima cut the power off. Y’all can stare at each other in the dark.

-Please be respectful of my neighbors parking area.
-Please use the supplied coasters.
-Please do not light any candles.
-No gatherings of more than 5 people on premise. That means only 5 people inside the home.
-No unregistered guests per Aircover policy, unless approved with $30/day fee.
-No illegal substances on premise.
-No tampering with security cameras, laundry units, alarm system, or thermostat.
-No disruptive, loud, or foul language behavior/music.

If there are any complaints or evidence you have done so, you will be asked to leave if you haven’t vacated already. Your reservation will be cancelled, and no refund will be given. You will be fined up to $500. Please be advised.

Home is located on a visible and bustling street with new construction steps away!

⚜️-The French Market is literally 5 minutes down the street. 8 minutes to Bourbon.

⚜️-Airport is a 20 minute drive depending on traffic.

⚜️-Catching an Uber is only a 2-5 minute wait and cheaper than paying for parking in French Market/FQ.

The neighborhood is uniquely New Orleans, consisting of mixed income households and LGBTQ love. You may see homes decorated with Christmas lights, Mardi Gras lights, or whatever else all year long. Everyone in my vicinity knows or is familiar with each other in some way.
The area is generally quiet and everyone minds their business. I suggest you do the same.

I work extremely hard to provide the best experience and value for guests. I treat everyone like family; however, I will not have time to coddle paranoia.

1. Do not expect our neighborhoods to reflect your sensibilities & utopian expectations.

2. Understand WHERE you’re coming to visit.

3. This is New Orleans.

We have drive-thru daiquiris shops, we can drink almost anyone under the table, and there ain’t a cuss word we don’t like. The people are friendly, never lacking in hospitality nor audacity. There is no place like it, but we call it home.
