The large backyard has a gas bbq for your use as well as tables, chairs, and rope swings for the kids.

Only 1 mile from grocery stores, regional mall & bus stop, and only 15 miles from downtown Seattle or Puget Sound.

THE SPACE - The studio apartment has high-speed internet for your use as well as, a Chromecast TV system for your enjoyment. There is a lovely coffee table and a couch that can double as a bed. In addition, there is a movable desk that can be utilized for work.

The home is kept in an environmentally friendly state as much as possible, including sustainable cleaning products and bath soaps, LED lighting, and more.

The studio has access to laundry facilities with a washer/dryer.

SHARED SPACES - Shared spaces include the laundry (accessed by the upstairs unit through a small shared hall or back entrance) and, the back yard.

COMMUNITY - The surrounding neighborhood and community is very quiet and has a nice children's park just a few minutes away within walking distance. Close to retail, restaurants, grocery, civic, and freeway entrances.

GUEST ACCESS - There are two private Airbnb units on site. They are your unit, "the Alderwood Nest", and the separate upstairs unit called, "The City Escape". Both the upper and lower units have separate entrances and only share the "shared spaces" mentioned above. Both units have access to two free and dedicated parking spaces. (More on-site parking may be available on request)

Additionally at the property, when in town, the owners will park their RV nicknamed "Breezy" to the side of the property, in a dedicated RV space.
