This lovely 1920s flat boasts both historic and modern charm w/ over 1400sf of living space. It’s very open and spacious. This is the perfect getaway for family visits, business traveling or just enjoying the beautiful Jackson area and surrounding attractions. It's super convenient! (This is an upstairs duplex unit.)

Close to Downtown Jackson

If you are looking for a cute place to stay that is close to downtown Jackson this is perfect. Hosts are very easy to get a hold of with any questions and very accommodating!

Old Jackson Charm

Very nice property with great management. Hope was our host. She communicated well and made sure we had what we needed. The property was well maintained. It had all of the modern conveniences with historical charm. We had a lovely stay.

I messaged the host two days before check-in to inquire about potentially checking in early and never got a response. The property was not very clean. There was hair in the shower and the bedsheets appeared to be dirty. Lots of dust around the house and the kitchen just overall did not seem like it had been cleaned. They were bath towel towels placed under the bathroom sink, touching a dirty plunger and toilet brush. We were a bit disappointed, but it worked for the one night we needed to sleep there before traveling home from a concert.

This home is truly my pride and joy, and the condition you described is certainly not the standard we expect for our guests. I also sincerely apologize that your message regarding an early check-in was overlooked. Unfortunately, I was dealing with an unexpected medical emergency involving my child at the time, and your message was unintentionally missed. During your stay, our regular longtime cleaner was away on vacation and we had a temporary cleaner caring for the home. Based on your comments, it is clear there were areas that did not meet our expectations, and we have noted and are mindful of those concerns. I do wish you had reached out to me during your stay. I did not receive any communication regarding the cleanliness, linens, bathroom, or any of the other concerns mentioned in your review. Had I known, I would have immediately done everything possible to address them and make things right while you were there. We take great pride in providing a clean, comfortable home for our guests, and I appreciate you bringing these concerns to my attention so that I can ensure they are not repeated.

Very cozy, warm and inviting. This is a great apartment to serve as a base of operation when in Jackson. The location is great- it’s in a safe area, just a block from some of the most beautiful homes in Jackson. The bedrooms have comfy beds and places to charge your phone on bedside tables. There are just the right amount of kitchenware and appliances, plenty of towels, and plenty of nice clean fleece blankets for everyone to snuggle with. Although this apartment is on the second floor of the building, which requires climbing staircases, it’s worth the climb. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for needs

Due to life circumstances, I stayed in this property for about 6 weeks. The property was perfect for what I needed. Hope and her team were awesome and checked in periodically. If I needed another place in Jackson to stay I would not hesitate to stay at this property or the others Hope has.!

4 day stay

Property was very clean, furniture was comfortable, lots of kitchen extras. It was hot and the air conditioning kept up beautifully even though it is an older home! Check in was easy and the host is easy to reach. Only reason for not giving full stars is because it was advertised as a 1 bath and there is in fact only 1 full bath. It was not a huge deal, but it was the deciding factor in choosing this property over Hope's other property, which did not have stairs. The stairs are properly represented in that the house is older and they are narrow, so no false advertising there. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay.

Very cute property in a safe neighborhood. Asked for early check in and she gave us the earliest check in she could. Place was exactly as described, and clean (small exception of the rug under the dining room table, but minor!). Easy process, smooth check in. The a/c was set at 80 upon arrival and with the heat outside, it took quite awhile to cool the place down, but it got comfortable after awhile. Would recommend and would stay again!

So much attention to detail. The place was beautifully decorated and had all of the comforts of home. I greatly appreciated all of the thought put into the kitchen accessories. It made our stay that much easier.
