Welcome to your newly remodeled complete pool house featuring a private entrance, brand new bathroom with double sinks and a large walk in shower, the unit has one full bedroom with a queen bed plus a second sleeping area with an additional queen bed his off the living room, as well as a full fold out futonin the main living room and 2 smart tvs. The in ground pool is HEATED (certain times) and and there is a 4 person hot tub on site, with a hibachi flattop grill and lounge chairs for your relaxation. This space has a maximum of 4 guests allowed no exceptions, ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED!!

The place was really nice and well-kept and was plenty of room for the two of us. The only real complaints were that the wood burning stove in the listing photos has been removed and replaced with a small space heater, and because that part of the house has no control over the central heat/air the one space heater was not enough to warm the whole place, especially when the air conditioning kept coming on in 40-50 degree weather. We managed by moving the heater into the bedroom and closing the door at night, but the rest of the space stayed pretty chilly. For the colder times another space heater or 2 definitely needs to be added in. Would definitely stay again though, it was a cute little space and made a comfortable stay. Would definitely come in the summer next time to enjoy the pool! We also met the owner and he was super nice and helpful!
