Other things to note
- There is a free parking space accessible via the alleyway behind the home in the garage. It is better suited for smaller vehicles (compact SUV's and Sedans)

- Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.

- Hosts live on site in Unit 1 and give guests 100% autonomy and privacy. Please reach out with any questions during your stay!

- Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation will be canceled.

- Guests needing to cancel their stay that instead request an alteration are subject to denied alteration requests.

- Cancellations and trip alterations can be made with full refunds 5 or more days before your check-in date.

- If there is any evidence of smoking inside the space, there will be an automatic $500 cleaning and deodorizing fee added to your invoice.
