The outdoor living area, complete with a stone-faced fireplace, kitchenette, and smart TV, has seating for lounging or dining as you relax in nature. Out back you'll find a grill, additional seating closer to the river, and shady river access where you can swim, play, fish, paddle, or float to your heart's content.

Back inside you'll find the open kitchen, living and dining areas to be comfortable and inviting. The home's rustic modern vibe invites you to come in and relax in style. The living area is filled with gorgeous natural sunlight, ample seating, and smart TV. The well-appointed and spacious kitchen invites more than one cook to cook as you enjoy time together preparing a meal. Around the corner from the kitchen, you'll find the wet bar, complete with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and plenty of glasses for your end-of-the-day beverages. Dining seating for eight and bar seating for five are available inside.

The master bedroom hosts a king bed and an attached, full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom houses a king bed and generous closet space. The third bedroom has two full beds. Bedrooms two and three share the hall full bath with a double vanity and shower/tub combo.

Have some energetic kids on your trip? The bunk room is a great place for them to unwind and relax and get a good night's sleep. In the bunk room you'll find six built-in single beds, two bean bags, a couch, and a smart TV. It's a perfect space for the kids to play some games, watch a movie, or just hang out. The attached full bathroom with walk-in shower allows this end of the house to function quite well without interrupting the flow of the rest of the home.
