GUADALUPE DAZE - eine SkyRun Texas Immobilie

Guadalupe Daze ist ein wunderbares Haus mit vier Schlafzimmern und 2,5 Bädern am unteren Fluss Guadalupe im malerischen New Braunfels. Nutzen Sie den bequemen Zugang zum Wasser direkt vor dem Hinterhof. Am Flussufer befindet sich ein großer Felsvorsprung, der den Zugang zum Fluss erleichtert. Hier können Sie herrlich entspannen und das kühle Wasser genießen. Der nächste Flussausstatter, der Sie mit Flößen und Rohren ausstattet, ist nur 2-3 Gehminuten die Straße hinunter. Das Whitewater Amphitheater, das River Road Ice House, die Grüne Halle, die Schlitterbahn und vieles mehr sind nur eine kurze Autofahrt von der Unterkunft entfernt.

Im Inneren finden Sie einen gemütlichen Wohnbereich, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem, was Sie zum Kochen und Essen benötigen, und einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Guadalupe River. Es gibt auch vier entspannende Schlafzimmer, in denen Ihre Gruppe viel Platz hat, um sich am Ende des Tages bequem zu trennen und sich auf die Abenteuer des nächsten Tages vorzubereiten.

Not as good as the pictures portray

The interior of the property needs to be updated and needs a good deep cleaning. The upstairs floor is especially sqeeky and loose. There was a cheeto on the upstairs bedroom floor when we arrived. Multiple loose wall outlets, a couple hanging completely out of the wall. The exterior needs manicured. Tree limbs scrub vehicles as you enter and park in the drive. The lawn needed mowed and shrubs trimmed. The entrance into the river was overgrown. Only a few of the patio lights were burning. We were left 3 rolls of toilet paper for 7 people staying 5 nights. The location is perfect and the home would be much better with a little love and attention. I feel like the pictures posted are from several years ago. It doesn't seem like we received what we paid for.

River Float June '24

The location of the property and access to the river was spectacular. The home and interior furnishings could definitely use some updating but we were more interested in the location than the sleeping conditions.

Fun Time on the Guadalupe

Perfect weekend getaway from San Antonio. My wife and two young boys enjoyed hanging out on the deck and fishing all day. Great time!

Great location on the river

We all had a great time and loved being on the river. It was too cold for most of us to get in the water, but my 2 boys did get in. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of seating for the 8 of us

Guadalupe daze Rocks!!

This house checked all our wants -on the river and accessible - tubing outfitter near house- large house giving everybody their own bedroom -huge deck and table to play games ,etc nice house layout -enough room for 4 cars even tho it says only 3 - fun was had by all!!!

Perfect River Getaway

Can't beat having the Guadalupe River in your backyard! Loved staying here over Spring Break. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space in this house. Awesome deck overlooking the river. So glad there was water in the river even during this drought. We were able to float in our tubes and do some fishing. Sure enjoyed it & hope to be back this summer!

Family tradition

July 2020 family vacay

The location is excellent-we loved having the rock ledge in the river for the kids to play in, and adults to lounge on. The views are gorgeous-loved the property. The house was clean, in terms of the kitchen, bathrooms, linens, floors, etc, however, I do think it could use a deep cleaning. The baseboards and the areas above the doorways need a wipe down, remove the dustbunnies from the walls and ceilings by vents, lightbulbs were burnt out, etc. All in all, we were inside, very little-the big draw is the outdoor area, and we would stay here again, for that.

Excellent river access, esp if you have young children

My family and I had a great stay here. The river access was fantastic for my 6 and 3 year old. The giant rock out front and across the river provided a great (and safe) place for them to play. We loved being able to walk down the lawn and step directly into the river. There are a few little rapids downstream so the location was great for a quick little float for the kids. We were a bit surprised that the house was a bit old and not updated since it is on the high end of the price range. The upstairs sink had trouble draining, but other than that we had a wonderful stay.

The house was nice and cozy. We were upset that the grass was really tall while all the neighbors grass was mowed. That made it difficult to enjoy being right on the river. The chairs outside had a lot of cracked legs but overall it was a nice getaway.

Perfect place for family time

We have come to this wonderful house each summer - except 2020 - since 2011. walking in the front door feels like coming home. The bathrooms were remodeled since we were here last year. That was a pleasant surprise. The river access is so nice. Kids from littles to bugs can play in the river with its shallow rock shelf by the shore and deeper channel in the middle. There is so much living space here - separate tv room and large deck allow us to spread out. Btw I dining tables and barstools let us set up a game or puzzle and still be able to eat together. As soon as we figure out the dates around our teens I'll be making reservations for next summer.

Comfortable and relaxing

The house is very comfortable. My friends and I spent a relaxing few days by the river. Lots of room for the five of us college buddies who get together for a few days at least once a year. Beds are comfortable, TVs to watch baseball games, sat out on the deck under beautiful trees, great access to the river. The house is a little worn from usage, but nothing broken and everything clean. All necessities are there. Nice location on the river and less than 10 minutes to get to Sattler for groceries, pizza and hamburgers. Rhonda at Vacay Hill Country was very attentive; helped us get an early check in and gave us a phone call to ask if we needed anything.

Great stay!

The property was as described. We loved being able to wake up and walk down to the river. We enjoyed having our meals on the spacious deck. The internet was fast and accessible throughout the house and on the deck. The house had everything we needed, although I would recommend bringing extra paper towels/toilet paper as there isn’t much stocked. I think we only had 1 roll of paper towels, which made it hard to clean up messes once we ran out. Our one suggestion - please replace upstairs toilet seat, it’s squishy warmth is very discomforting and it is too small for a regular size human. Otherwise we loved the house and would definitely book again! Skyrun was very easy to communicate with.
