Der Name der Luxusvilla steht für Wohlfühlambiente und Lebensgenuss pur.

Die Villa Carpe Diem verfügt über einen 13 m langen Infinitypool mit separatem Spa Bereich. Perfekt für Langstreckenschwimmer und Wasserratten.
Ein Bootslift mit Captainswalk und eigenem Tiki Hut zum Sonnen und Relaxen befindet sich direkt am Kanal. Ideal für Bootsfahrer - schneller Zugang zum offenen Wasser.

Es stehen zwei getrennte Schlafbereiche auf jeder Seite der Villa zur Verfügung, ideal auch für Familien mit Kindern.
Die Villa verfügt über drei Mastersuiten und eine Juniorsuite. Für alle Schlafzimmer steht ein eigenes Bad mit Doppelwaschbecken und separater Toilette zur Verfügung.
Die Bäder von zwei Masterschlafzimmern auf jeder Seite des Hauses sind auch mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet.
Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen Flatscreen-TV. Zwei Masterschlafzimmer haben direkten Zugang zum Poolbereich.

Ein separates Office für die "tägliche" Arbeit ist vorhanden. Internet steht Ihnen in der Villa kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Im großen Wohnbereich befindet sich eine moderne Küche mit Sitzgelegenheiten an der Bar sowie ein großzügiger Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich mit großem Flatscreen-TV und Stereoanlage. Der TV ist zusätzlich mit Apple TV ausgestattet, damit können Sie auch deutsche Programme schauen. Für Musikfans haben wir das Lautsprechersystem der Firma Sonos (WLAN-Speaker) installiert. So können Sie u.a. Ihre heimischen Lieblingsradiosender oder die eigene Playlist über Ihr Mobilgerät im Haus oder Pool Bereich hören.

Die außergewöhnlich großzügige Küche ist mit allem Komfort und technischen Geräten ausgestattet, die Sie für Ihren Urlaub und Ihre Kochevents benötigen und sogar eine Nespressomaschine wartet auf Sie (Kapseln bitte mitbringen).
Für Gäste gibt es ein separates WC, welches vom Wohnbereich als auch vom Poolbereich zugänglich ist.

Im Poolbereich stehen Sonnenliegen, Sonnenschirm und eine Außendusche zur Verfügung.
Der Salzwasser Pool ist elektrisch beheizbar und wird mit einer Salzanlage betrieben, was das Wasser sehr angenehm und hautschonend macht. Prinzipiell ist es ein Frischwasser-Pool ohne Chlor. Sie haben garantiert keine gereizten Augen mehr.
Im überdachten Lanai-Bereich befindet sich ein großer Outdoor-Essbereich mit Gasgrill sowie eine Lounge-Ecke.

Die Villa ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Die Böden sind in den Schlafzimmern mit Holz und im Wohnbereich mit Fliesen ausgestattet Sie verleihen dem Haus ein warmes Ambiente.

Nebst der guten Hausausstattung finden Sie in der Garage auch Strandstühle, Kühlbox und Strandutensilien für Ihre Ausflüge; außerdem zwei Kajaks zur freien Benutzung.

Mit unseren Grundrissplänen, die Sie am Ende der Fotos finden, möchten wir Ihnen einen Eindruck von Aufteilung und Größe des Hauses vermitteln.

NICHTRAUCHERVILLA - Rauchen ist im Outdoorbereich gestattet.
Aus Rücksicht auf Gäste mit Allergien sind Haustiere nicht erlaubt. Besten Dank für Ihr Verständnis.

Eine Bootsanmietung wird empfohlen!!! In Florida ist kein Bootsführerschein nötig und das bei uns angemietete Boot liegt direkt an Ihrem Hauseigenen Bootsdock, um z.B. die Strände um Sanibel und Captiva anzufahren! Delphine sind garantiert. Nachdem Sie Ihr gewünschtes Haus gebucht haben, kontaktieren Sie uns gerne, um ein Boot bei uns zu mieten.

The house is beautiful! Located near some of the best restaurants and grocery stores. Fort Myers beach is about 30 minutes and I highly recommend making the trip. The pool is amazing! Infinity overlooking water with a hot tub is one of the best things about the house. Kitchen is nice and open with everything you need to cook and stocked spices which was nice. Communication with the manager was easy and always responded quick. Very easy check in and check out! My family and I are already planning a return stay!

Fantastic Beautiful Home

We stayed here for the first time, it was beautiful with a fantastic view and close to everything. We also rented the boat and went to Sanibel Island that was fantastic. Could not have has a better vacation. Patricia and Heiko are also fantastic people and so nice, they go above and beyond. This was our second stay with them and we will certainly be back:)

This is a beautiful home with many amenities and lots of space. The whole house was spotless. The location was good for day trips and exploring. The outdoor area was our favorite - hot tub and pool - grill - lounge chairs - outdoor seating - kayaks - and tiki hut.

Wonderful vacation in a great home!

We had a great time in this lovely home. They had everything that We could possibly need there including pool toys and two kayaks! Canal was nice and wide and we enjoyed watching the boats go in and out. Patricia was on top of everything. She was quick to help with any minor problem or question. A delight to work with. Plenty of towels and linens. And kitchen was equipped with great pots and pans, utensils and tableware. Do not hesitate to make your reservation. We look forward to visiting again.

Exceeding other villas, perfection

Absolutely fantastic. A beautiful villa, we had a wonderful stay. Heiko, part of the management company came over to say hi and to make sure everything was okay. He is super efficient. Villa Carpe Diem exceeded all expectations. We had a wonderful time . The House is stunning, well equipped, in a fabulous setting. We enjoyed the infinety pool, hot tub , boating, fishing and wildlife. What more could anybody ask for. Ultimate luxury. Amazing Home and Location. Great experience!!

What a great experience in Cape Coral! We had never been to the area so this was all new for us. We loved Villa Carpe Diem! It is modern and super clean. They thought of every detail when preparing the house for renters. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook at the house but tons of great restaurants are close by. Our favorites were Rum Runners, The Boathouse, and the Bimini Bait Shack. The pool is amazing and the view is great. The house is on one of the wider channels which is nice. We also rented the Hurricane boat and had A wonderful time exploring the area by water. We are amateur boaters and it was very easy to navigate the area and operate the boat. We ventured to Pine Island, Sanibel and Captiva by boat. Nico was so helpful with the boat instructions and the owner Monja was so responsive and helpful when arranging the rental. We HIGHLY recommended Villa Carpe Diem! Can’t wait to come here again!

Esthetically pleasing NOT luxury comfort

The house/decor were all esthetically pleasing to the eye but not all practical or luxurious as you would expect with the price of rental. The beds were awful. They are very worn, with lumps and sagging on all mattresses. The pillows were no better. Again at that price tag, you should be able to have more than a flat, polyester fill pillow. I am not sure what was going on with the flooring in the master bedroom by the pool, but when you walk across it, it sounds like your walking on bubble wrap. Kind of annoying in the middle of the night. The pool and hot tub are not able to heat simultaneously so if you want to use the pool with heat, the hot tub will be cool. The pool is also quite deep, so we were never able to get the pool to heat temp. The main reason for vacation is relaxation. Great sleep and amenities are essential to that and I did not feel as though that was met.

Disappointing and misleading

The area is beautiful, most of the house was clean and looked pretty, the pool was fantastic with the infinity edge, but I couldn't ignore some of the things that left a terrible impression. As another reviewer mentioned, the platform beds are so uncomfortable that we left a night early, the mattresses are like plywood covered by grandmas lumpy quilt. The full trash bin was at the curb waiting to be picked up the whole time we were there so we had nowhere to put our trash bags. One of the bathrooms smelled of urine, perhaps from the dirty bowl brush or a spill that wasn't properly cleaned? And in one bedroom there's no way to darken the outside house lights or early morning sun due to the uncovered window at the top. The internet was sporadic and wouldn't support more than one device/TV at a time. But the cherry on top was not getting our full damage deposit back because they charged for electricity, which is NOT damage but should be included in the price of the rental. And listed no where in the contract. The owner was quite rude when I asked about it. Also - beware that the price listed is only for 2 people, but it sleeps 8 - so when you have more than 2 people staying in the 4 bedroom house there is an extra daily charge per person, which isn't clear until you're about to check out.

Immer wieder gerne!!!

Das Haus hat mir und meiner Frau sehr gefallen! Ein paar Highlights: Es war sehr sauber, das Haus war sehr groß und sehr schön eingerichtet, der Service war sehr lobenswert und die Lage ist 1A mit perfekter Anbindung zum offenen Meer. Heißer tipp von mir: Man sollte sich für den Aufenthalt definitiv ein Boot holen, um die schönen Strände zu entdecken! Danke für den sehr schönen Urlaub. Nächster Jahr kommen wir wieder! Moritz

Sehr geehrte Eigentümer der Villa Carpe Diem, es ist uns ein besonderes Anliegen, Ihnen Feedback zu unserem Aufenthalt in Ihrem wundervollen Haus in Cape Coral zu geben. Wir hatten eine phantastische Woche dort und das Haus war einfach genial! Tolle Lage, sehr gelungenes Ambiente und eine Küchenausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen ließ. Was uns aber am allermeisten beeindruckt hat, war der Gesamtzustand des Hauses, super gepflegt und TOP SAUBER! Wir haben schon viele Häuser und Wohnungen in den USA gemietet (10 +), aber Ihr Haus wird wohl immer die Nummer 1 sein. Von der Einrichtung über die Wahl der Farben bis zu Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, einfach perfekt! Und ich denke, Sie wissen, was Sie an Ihrer Hausverwaltung haben… Besser geht es nicht! July 2022 Family Trip

The house was beautiful! We had a great week stay at the property. Sonja was very friendly and prompt with responses to our questions. Due to a thunderstorm that blew in part of the screen from the lanai broke open which allowed bugs to enter. Unfortunately it wasn’t able to be fixed for the remainder of our trip but we made due. Location was great, Short 20 minute to the beach with tons of beach accessories which was awesome. We would definitely stay there again.

Gorgeous and amazing pool home with 4 large master suits.

Wow what a perfect vacay home. This house has the wow factor! It was great for our family of 8 adults. We had the best time and did not want to leave. 4 large bedroom suits, huge kitchen-4 different coffee makers & well stocked, large family room, den and beautiful pool area. We were outside all day long enjoying the pool/spa. Management was extremely helpful with any questions. Thank you for renting out your beautiful home. We will be back again

House was beautiful and the location perfect. Overall the house was clean and well stocked but I did step on a fish hook embedded in the living room rug. In addition, the hot tub never got hot.

Week of relaxation

This property was perfect. Plenty of space. Kitchen was fully stocked. We had an issue with the refrigerator and the property manager was on it. Thank you for a wonderful week!!

House was beautiful and outside pool area was amazing. Had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
