It is disappointing to learn that your stay from September 10th to 13th fell short of the experience we aim to provide. I sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the lack of follow-up regarding the outdoor fans and for the mechanical issues you encountered with the bedroom doors, kitchen sink, and bathroom fixtures. Your feedback regarding the comfort of the beds and the inventory levels is noted; please know we are currently performing a comprehensive inspection of the cabin to address these maintenance items and evaluate our supply standards to ensure they meet the expectations of our guests. We appreciate you taking the time to share these specific details, as they are essential for us to improve the quality of our home for future visits.
