You will love this incredible 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home that is ideally situated in Breckenridge just minutes' walk from Breckenridge Ski Resort and Main Street. With its fabulous deck, private hot tub, open-concept layout, two living areas, and multiple cozy sleep spaces, it makes for a perfect home base for all of your Breckenridge adventures. Hit the slopes, hike one of the many trails in the area or explore historic Main Street, then return home to this charming home to recharge.

The Space:
There is so much to love about this fabulous home, from its unparalleled location to its private hot tub and all-around cozy ambiance. Spanning five stories, it offers up two separate living areas, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a dedicated laundry room in addition to its lovely deck with a BBQ grill and private hot tub, leaving you delighted at every turn.

Enter in and make your way upstairs into the stunning living room, with its vaulted ceilings, striking stonework fireplace, and picture window that bathes the room in natural light. Outfitted with two cozy couches, a coffee table, and an armchair, you will find ample spaces for cuddling up near the fire or taking in a favorite show on the flat-screen TV. When it’s time to tuck in, you will find that one of the couches pulls double duty as a sleep space, with a queen-size pull-out bed.

The home’s open-concept layout means that even as you kick back and unwind in the living area, you are just steps from the dining and kitchen areas. The charming dining area features a dining table for six and is surrounded by windows, offering tranquil views from every seat. Dig into a meal, tackle a puzzle or play a round of games without missing a thing, thanks to its central location in both the kitchen and living areas.

A door off of the living area leads to the beautiful and spacious back deck where you can fire up the grill, take in the fresh mountain air and soak your cares away thanks to the propane BBQ grill, patio seating for six, and private hot tub that is found here.

Back inside, the fabulous kitchen provides additional seating for four more in the dining area, thanks to a convenient bar/serving area that is an ideal bridge between the kitchen and dining areas and allows for easy serving and socializing. The lovely updated kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and anything else you need to feel at home from a blender to a crockpot to a coffee maker.

Up a flight of stairs off of the living area, you will find the first bedroom in the home as well as a full bathroom, which is conveniently attached to the bedroom while also providing a separate entrance from the landing, making for easy access from either space. This bathroom features a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combo with a sliding glass door. The adjacent bedroom boasts a tranquil color palette and makes the most of its space with two full-size beds, a nightstand, lamp, closet, and dresser. Windows with views of the pines round out this restful space and make it easy to drift off to sleep before another day of exploring.

Up another short flight of stairs, you will find the fabulous master bedroom, with its spacious king-size bed, matching nightstands and lamps, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom. Windows with views of the treetops provide a peaceful ambiance that invites you to relax and unwind while the en suite bathroom features a dual-sink vanity and a walk-in shower where you can wash up with ease.

Downstairs in the basement, you will be delighted to find a separate living/family room with a roomy leather sectional, spacious ottoman, flat-screen TV, and media cabinet. This cozy bonus space means your group can spread out and unwind without sacrificing comfort or togetherness. Nearby, you will find a dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer that bridges the full, basement bathroom and the third bedroom, which is an efficient and fun bunk room. Furnished with a queen over queen bunk bed, a nightstand and lamp, and colorful linens, this bedroom is a playful space that kids, teens, and the young at heart will love. Across the way, the full bathroom provides lots of cabinet space, a single-sink vanity, and a shower/tub combo with a sliding glass door.

Parking is available on the property, with 1 spot in the garage (smaller cars) and 1 spot in the driveway directly in front of the garage. Please note that the spot in front of the yard is not a parking spot, it is for snow removal.

When you're ready to return home, you can wash up and hit Main Street within minutes, where you will find countless breweries, shops, galleries, and cafes to enjoy. In the summer months, hiking trails, scenic drives such as Boreas Pass and multiple festivals make Breckenridge a can't-miss destination year-round, and this home places you central to it all.

Getting Around:
From this lovely home, you can walk to Breckenridge Ski Resort in under 10 minutes and be on Main Street in six minutes. You are also located just steps from the Sawmill Road bus stop on Ski Hill Road, where you can hop on a FREE Breck Free Ride bus and find yourself connected to multiple bus routes that can get you anywhere you need to go in this one-of-a-kind town. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. Please also note that while there is parking available for two vehicles between the garage and driveway, there is no street parking.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Perfect place ! We were 8 people , 3 adults and 5 kids ! Having 3 bathrooms and a downstairs area was a must. Walking distance to the snowflake lift and able to ski in following the 4oclock run. Also walking distance to the gondola , but walking to the snowflake lift was closer . Also walking distance into town for shopping and eating ! Great location . Fire place and jacuzzi were a plus ! The communication was easy and they were always quick to respond ! Would definitely stay here again !

Good stay

Nice place - as advertised. Everything worked well. Easy ski in and short walk to town. Can walk to snowflake lift but is a very slow lift and often easier to drive to gondola .Beds generally good. Supplies good. Hot water was a bit of an issue - huge water tank so think it's a simple plumbing problem with shower handles. Would be nice to be able to shut air vents - right now some rooms stay cold and others very hot - downstairs upper bunk is right under vent that doesn't close so to keep rest of house warm that bed is very hot. Great communication . Would def stay again.

Great summer property. Walkable to everything in town. Great outdoor living space that you don’t typically get with properties this close to town. Would definitely come back.

Spring Break Skiing

The condo was an ideal setup for our group of skiers and the location is great. We appreciated the short walk to town for dinners. I would describe this as a ski-in/shuttle out location. There is a path between the condo to 4 O'Clock Run. To get to the slopes, you can ski to the shuttle stop at the bottom of the run. You can walk to Snowflake lift but it is uphill and would be difficult for younger skiers. At the end of the day you can ski directly to the path to the condo. We had a great stay and would recommend this condo.
