Excellent location

My family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cedars 37. There were plenty of blankets for chilly nights and all kitchen amenities we needed. The two parking spaces were great so we had a garage to store our bike and a parking spot for our vehicle.

Great House & Location!

Perfect home for us to work from (fast internet, lots of space) while also relaxing in Breckenridge. Housecleaner did a great job - everything was spotless upon arrival. Easy walking distance to Main Street & shops/restaurants downtown. Megan was great to work with! Highly recommend, would stay here again.

Great property close to Main St.

Our family of 4 spent the weekend at this property and had a wonderful experience. The unit is a short walk to Main St and numerous surrounding hiking and walking trails. Nice views from the upper balcony and good privacy to sit and relax. The condo was well appointed, had everything we needed for our stay and is nicely maintained. The attached garage is very convenient and we plan to visit again in the winter when it will be even better to have the attached storage space for our ski equipment.

The only suggestion I would have - a few more cooking dishes in the kitchen. We wanted to make a larger baked dish to eat on all week but could not find one casserole dish. Our family of 5 recently stayed 5 days for ski trip. The location of this unit is outstanding. Easy to ski-in / ski-out. Close to lift, and enough to walk to main street and downtown shops and dinner. The unit itself is fine, but the pictures you see in the VRBO listing are not accurate. Pictures show a wood burning fireplace, which is something we truly enjoy on a ski trip and were excited about. When we got there, we realized it was a gas log unit, that didnt work! We called the owner and talked through how to operate it. She didnt know how we could get it going. She told us she would try to get someone to look at it the next day, but repair folks were very busy. ( never stayed at a condo assoc that didnt have a local on call handyman ) No one ever came and we never heard back from her about it. Spent trip without a working fireplace. Also the sofas and chairs you see in pics in family room as well as the log frame bed in the master are not there. Different furniture in the actual unit.

Great location, very clean

Location: was 62 steps from front door to snow. Can ski across bridge and down to quicksilver lift in less than a minute. Very close to village ski school and lift. Still very walkable to the trail, Main Street, and Maggie Pond area. Garage: ample size for ski gear plus vehicle. Cleanliness: cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed at. Appreciate the large capacity washer and dryer. Had cleaning supplies for when needed. Supplied dish soap, laundry detergent, and dish washer detergent. Check in: very clear directions, customized entry code made it easy to not have to remember keys Decor: don’t normally comment but kids loved Max the moose and the moose theme throughout. We saw 3 live moose on Cedars property during our stay. The rest of the decor was classy and appreciated. Inside: well stocked kitchen including baking supplies if desired. Gas fireplace and plenty of blankets for snuggling. Beds comfortable. Each room with own thermostat. Wi-Fi worked without issue. Very clean and higher end finishes. Had more than travel size of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and bath wash. Didn’t use it but had sleeper sofa. Also had pack n play and booster chair. Only minor improvements: sharper knives, would love to use the ski locker closer to the slopes (currently owner use) so had slightly longer walk around to garage for overnight storage. Summary: easiest and cleanest Colorado mountain rental we’ve ever stayed at. Would love to come back!

The location is great; Quicksilver is less than 50 yards away from the front door. The house was also very clean, but everything is a hard surface, so the echoes are pretty intense. The babbling brook is nice, but the master bathroom is only a shower (no jacuzzi tub as mentioned).

Absolute beautiful rental!

We stayed 5 nights and had an amazing time and a great stay in this rental! It is a close walk to main street where we walked to plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. The giant troll was also close by although we drove because of 3 young children. The gondola which runs for free is also within walking distance from the rental. The kids loved the bunk bed, the moose head mount and the running stream just outside of the front door! The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. We would definitely stay there again!

Excellent all around.

Our first time in Breckenridge. I did not know the area or layout of the town. The listing did stand out and checked all boxes for me. Upon arrival - everything was in top shape. We loved every minute of it. Excellent kitchen, washer and dryer are a must for me when I travel. This property had it. Location next to a small mountain creek gave a great running water background in the primary bedroom. We stated 8 nights and had a great time hiking and biking in the area.

Great location for skiing & access to town

We stayed in April 2024. Megan, the host, was extremely accommodating to allow us to check in early on our arrival date since we had a family member w/us that does not ski. This location is right off Quicksilver lift so literally minutes away. We've stayed in this general area before, but this unit by far exceeds all others with cleaniness and location to ski and town. Easily walkable to Main St area for stores, grocery, and restaurants. The unit was extremely clean and gave us plenty of space to unwind after skiing.

Quiet Location Perfection

I’ll start by saying we are picky about our VRBO rentals . Our Family of 5 from Baltimore rented this unit kids are 18, 15, and 12 . It was our first time to Breck and we chose this unit due to the proximity to the quicksilver chair. Can literally ski to your door for the most part and a quick 2 minute walk back to hop on the quicksilver chair. 7 minute walk to downtown . Super close to the free shuttle across the street. Super quiet unit which was great . Very hot water - our family never ran out of water during our stay for showers. Edwin’s is a nice restaurant with good food that you can see from the kitchen . You can also rent from breck sports which is right across the street. Beds were sturdy , mattresses were very nice and comfortable. Hot tub is a short walk across the street in the upper village . The three kids all fit in the same room so we had no arguments about who got which room ;) Great place to rent - would highly recommend .
