Lake Raponda Home

Our home in Wilmington, VT sits on Lake Raponda with its own private beach and dock. The home has been recently renovated in the inside - it's very clean, spacious, and easy to live in. A huge dining room seats 10 for big family events. The family room has won the award for the largest sectional sofa in town.

A stroll down a grass path and over a dirt road and you will be at the lakefront. There is a small boathouse to keep your food and drinks, a huge dock, and a place to tie up your boat. The lake allows motor boats, but no annoying jet skis. There is a nice family of loons that hang out at the dock to keep you entertained.

The front deck is being torn out and a new stone patio is being built in front of the home which should be completed by July 1.

The home is just minutes from Downtown Wilmington for dining, shopping, ice cream, and activities. A short walk down Lake Raponda Road and you will be at the Town of Wilmington trailheads for nice early morning hikes.

We're only about 2 hours away from Boston - even less from the Western Suburbs.
