The Great Room has a 75’ Smart TV and is attached to the kitchen and dining spaces.

The Game Room has a pool table which converts into an air hockey and ping pong. The home is nicely furnished with large rooms and an open floor plan with wood floors and carpet throughout.

Bedroom 3 has two new Twin sized beds with new XL twin mattresses, great for kids.

The second bathroom has two sinks and private area with toilet, tub/shower.

The 4th bedroom/Bonus room has an office desk/chair and a full size futon.

A completely stocked laundry room will help you keep your wardrobe ready for the next adventure. Detergent is supplied. Front loading washer and dryer in Laundry Room with sink.

The Backyard is a spacious outdoor oasis with desert landscape. Expansive covered patio for both relaxing and dining and a patio fan, a private waterfall pool with plenty of bench seating. Plenty of patio furniture including 2 lounge chairs with an umbrella and cafe patio seating. Loveseat and dining table under covered patio. A beautiful hand-painted mural by a local AZ artist brings the desert into the back yard.

Pool can be heated for an additional $25 a day in winter months (Oct-Apr). Pool inflatables on site. Propane BBQ grill in backyard.

Two security cameras are located at the entry way and backyard facing the pool for safety/security.

The garage has space for 2 vehicles and 2 additional parking spaces in the driveway. No street parking.

Boulder Mountain Highlands is a sought after gated community in East Valley. Only 24 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Usery Recreation Park is up the road, Salt River Tubing, Tonto National Forest and Superstition Mountains are nearby. The minimum age to rent is 25 years.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list. Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 7 for this home. Daytime visitors to home may not exceed four (4) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted. We require a signed agreement and copy of ID for booking guest.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events are permitted. NON-SMOKERS ONLY. NO smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the premises. We reserve the right to require a refundable security deposit. No pets are allowed inside or outside the home. The home must remain pet free. Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

TV's are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.

We are willing to consider on a case by case basis, stays longer than 28 days at a time.
