Beautiful 4 bedroom home in gated community. Private heated pool and hot tub* in an awesome outdoor space. Theater room for those down times. There are 2 lakes within a mile for any of those boating and fishing enthusiests. It is a short 40 min drive to Tampa and a 50 min drive to Disneyworld!
*Please note:We can turn pool heater on for an additional $300 a week. Hot tub is always heated to 102 degrees at no extra cost.

Baseball in Winterhaven We have stayed here twice now and the property is perfect like a home away from home Large comfortable rooms and a beautiful kitchen to cook in when not dining out Pool and hot tub are very enjoyable and we love it after a long day at the baseball fields Ryan is very attentive to any needs and quickly responds Neighborhood is very well maintained and in a gated community which is very safe and everyone is very friendly This home is highly recommended Thank you for another amazing week in Winterhaven

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfortable, clean and well-equipped accommodations in Winter Haven.It is located in a well maintained, quiet secure gated community where neighbors are friendly. The home is very spacious, exceptionally clean, well maintained, felt welcoming and the amenities are fantastic. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are cozy living spaces and it was beyond wonderful to have a washer and dryer for our party of eight. We particularly enjoyed the pool and hot tub and all the pool toys/games and it was nice to have beach towels provided. After spending time at the pool we enjoyed retreating to comfy chairs in the theatre room to watch movies.There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax comfortably which was greatly appreciated. We were in town for a softball tournament and chose this house because the location is convenient to the Diamondplex fields which are only 15 minutes away. Host Ryan was easily accessible and quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable!

Great location, well appointed, & amazing space

We had 7 people (5 adults and 2 teens) and the 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, open common space, terrific kitchen, and beautiful pool & hot tub served us perfectly. Although we were there for a family event this location is PERFECT if you are looking to do both Orlando and Tampa/St Pete attractions. Plus it’s about 15 minutes from LegoLand. I grew up in Winter Haven and when we come back from now on
 I expect we’ll be looking to rent here again!

Family vacation spot near Legoland

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful house! It was a short drive to Legoland and the owner communicated everything perfectly. The pool was the best cool down activity that everyone enjoyed. The kitchen table provided a puzzle area and we were very thankful to have a dinning table that fit the whole family! We will definitely stay here again.

The house is spacious, well organized and clean. It was also close to the venue where our son was playing. The owner was very attentive and prompt to assist when we had questions. We’d definitely come back again.

Awesome home near DiamondPlex

The house was great for our party of three adults and two teen softball players. Everybody had plenty of room and the washer/dryer came in handy. The home was very close to the fields (DismondPlex) allowing for snacks and rest in the A/C between games.

This place is great!

This home is great! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked, TVs in most rooms (including outside) and all of the furniture reclines (which to me is a huge bonus to have comfortable furniture to relax in). The neighborhood is gated and safe. The pool and hot tub and outdoor furnishings and grill were also great. Our daughter was playing softball at Diamondplex and this home is less than 10 minutes from the complex which was a huge bonus to have a nice place so close by to go cool off and relax between games. We have traveled a lot and rented a lot of homes and can say this is by far one of the best!

Amazing home!

This home was amazing for our family. The host was very friendly and responsive. We love all the open space to hang out in the living/kitchen areas. The pool was amazing, and the whole family enjoyed it. Our kids loved the media room as well as some adults. They played games and watched movies, while others socialized in other room. Our experience with this home, was better than expected. It was less than a 20 min drive to Legoland, and traffic was never an issue in the area. We recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in a quiet area that is still close enough to the parks.

Perfection describes this home and our entire week there The ease of booking this for my sons college baseball tournaments made this stay so special and easy close access to all our needs The home was in a beautifully maintained gated community and the house was spacious and very clean and well organized with everything you need for a vacation The pool area was so comfortable and a covered seating area with a large tv for when you wanted to get out of the sun thick towels were provided in abundance for use at the pool A nice large grill to cook outside and a outside dining table A large well equipped kitchen and large washer and dryer and 4 large bedrooms with en suite made it like a home away from home Ryan the owner was quick to respond with any needs and provided a great recommendation for a Resteraunt nearby Blackburn Souther Barbecue which we highly recommend as we went twice and the owner and staff were amazing thank you for an amazing week in Winterhaven
