This private beach house offers three bedrooms and two full baths. The master is a large open room with a king bed and a queen pullout sofa. It also has a seating area next to french doors that open to a beach facing patio. The master bath is also where the laundry room is. The two guest rooms have queen beds in them and share a full bath with a stand up shower. The den area is open in the center of the house with windows facing the beach and patio with Gulf views and palm trees swaying in the wind. In the den you will find a queen size pullout sofa and 2 comfy recliners to watch the smart TV from. The kitchen is full size and well stocked to cook all of your meals from. Why eat inside when you have a large picnic table on the patio with a Gulf view? There is also the best little screened in porch facing the water with a swing to relax and listen to the seagulls while watching the waves crash in the distance.







The beach access is a super short 90 steps to the east and the cool Gulf water is another 25yards if that. With low density houses on that road the beach is less crowded. The end of Cortez Street to the west of Latitude Adjustment is a dog friendly beach and just steps away. The house itself is dog friendly up to 12lbs. Underneath you will find covered parking for smaller cars, possibly two depending on length, a big grill, outdoor shower, swing and sandpit. This is a favorite area for the kids while the big grill keeps dad entertained. There are a few restaurants down Fort Morgan if you choose to drive but why wait in line when you have everything you need right here. No need for dressing up, makeup or spending hours of your vacation in traffic or two hour dinner waits. Cook at the house and take it out on the beach for sunset dinner with your family and friends.
