Just a short walk away, you’ll find a cozy neighborhood coffee shop, a variety of restaurants, and the renowned 4th Avenue district. And for those who prefer public transportation, the electric streetcar is free and runs throughout downtown and 4th Avenue.

Enjoy the comforts of home with two complimentary tandem parking spaces provided with your stay. However, if you require additional parking, there’s an extra street meter parking charge available.

The 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom detached cottage features a kitchenette and a full bathroom with two tandem parking spaces in the driveway. If you need more space for your family and friends, the main house offers a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom option, which may also be available for an additional fee per night.

For guests staying in the 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom rear guest carriage house, you’ll have exclusive access to park tandem in the driveway and use the south side gate entrance to enter the rear of the property. Please ensure that the steel double doors on the north side of the house remain closed at all times.

Guests staying in the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom main house will receive two parking passes for street parking in front of the house. These passes should be kept on the dashboard or mirror at all times to avoid parking tickets from the City of Tucson.

Guests have the flexibility to choose between renting either the house or the guest house. The spacious 2-bedroom home comfortably accommodates four adults (a king bed and a queen bed) or two people (a futon bed) or one adult and the rear 1-bedroom cottage guest house sleeps two adults (a king bed) and one person (a futon bed).
