Nice Travel Break

Beautiful, comfortable home in which to spend a couple of days on our journey back north. Perfect location for nearby birding locations. Property manager was very responsive to all inquiries. Would love to stay longer next time.

Very nice property, owners very accomodating

Beautiful house, private and well stocked. Location is great and view is gorgeous. Family of 12 stayed there with 1 infant and 2 preschoolers. We all enjoyed the deck immensely. Comfortable and good value for price.

Beautiful place to stay in Nashville!

I was looking for a place for our large group to stay while we attended a conference in Nashville and came across this gem. Beautiful home with a great view, plenty of space, well stocked with everything we might need or enjoy, and not too far from downtown. The property managers were lovely people and super helpful and responsive if I needed anything. We’re keeping this one in mind for sure if we’re ever in the area again!

Spacious home and fantastic location

Oldest daughter graduated from college so we had a multi-generational family stay in Kathy & Larry's home. The kitchen was perfect for meals and there was plenty of space for everyone to eat and to unwind. Check-in was easy and we really appreciated having access to the garage. Great communication and an overall excellent visit. We'd absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much for sharing your home!

Daughter's Wedding Weekend

What a fabulous place to call "home" during our Daughter's wedding weekend! It is simply beautiful! We had lots of family gather around the island for breakfast, relax in the comfy living room at the end of the day and enjoyed the fabulous deck out back during down times! It was perfect for our large group! Great location, easy communication with property management, super clean & very well stocked with supplies! We highly recommend!!

Nashville city stay

We were directed to this property at the last minute as our previous accommodation had some property damage. What an excellent find! This beautiful house was in a quiet neighborhood that had everything that we needed. It was cozy, comfortable and had a wonderful deck off of the kitchen which overlooked a densely wooded area. It was a great place to relax after spending time in Nashville. Nice proximity to all that the area had to offer.

Great place to stay.

My wife and I took the kids (all 21+) 2 of which brought their significant other for a quick 4 day in Nashville. We needed a place for 8 people and found this listing. Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. 15 minutes or so from downtown so it was a cheap Uber ride for evenings out on the town. You get exactly what the listing says and the home in very clean. Highly recommend staying here if you have a large group.

Spacious home with all the amenities

Had a wonderful stay in this home! It was nice to stay outside Nashville in an upscale neighborhood setting. We took Lyft into the Broadway area for about $15-$18 one way…but we split 6 ways so it was a much more affordable approach than renting a car and paying parking fees etc. House is well appointed with everything you need…right down to shampoo & soap! We cooked meals daily and everything needed was there. Would highly recommend this property!

The home has a feeling of comfort, allowing people to enjoy themselves in the surroundings. The neighborhood is beautiful. We were able to see deer roaming in the front yards, a black belly pig and one wild turkey. Mary Beth, The property manager was readily available to welcome us and address any questions or concerns.

Lots of good space

This home provided just what we needed in terms of space and location. This was a wedding weekend and we had a lot of clothes. The closet space was excellent. It was very easy to communicate with the property manager. The location worked out well for us. It felt very safe and was convenient to all we needed. Having the second kitchen on the lower level came in very handy as we had a lot of food to prepare. I would recommend this home for families or friends gathering for a special occasion.

Exceeded expectations. Very clean and much nicer than pictures even showed. Rooms were huge!

Everything was amazing. House exceeded expectations! It was cleaner and nicer than we could have asked for. Bedrooms were very spacious. We would have preferred kings in all the rooms but we made it work. The closets were so huge smaller children could have easily had their own “room”. Owners were great and replied to any questions pre-trip immediately. Garage was private area but owners texted on check-out day to say we could exit through the garage since it was down pouring all morning. Big vehicles be warned, driveway was difficult. Short drive to anything you need- some great restaurants, grocery, and the mall. Beautiful nice area with some spectacular home in the area. Overall amazing stay and would 1000% book here again.

Perplexed

Not a good place for senior citizens because of steep grade the property sits on. Mold or dirty return vent. Thermostat constantly changes by itself. When I told the property manager she contacted the owners but nothing changed. It was freezing cold or very hot. The grounds need to be treated for biting insects. Great neighborhood and area.

Making Grad Great Again!

What a wonderful place to spend grad weekend with the family. The pictures do not do this home justice. We were very comfortable and had plenty of space to hang out. We highly recommend this home for large family gatherings.

Great space in great neighborhood

This is a great place for families/ groups. Location is just south of the 12 South neighborhood and close to the Green Hills Mall area. Property is older/less updated than those in the surrounding area, but very clean and spacious. Owners and property managers were very responsive to any needs. We would stay here again when traveling to the Nashville area.

Great place for a large family!

We were in town for a wedding and stayed at this lovely home in Nashville! Very spacious. We loved getting to sit together along the island/table in the kitchen and chat every morning and evening. It is in a very convenient location- only about 15 minutes from downtown, and about 25 minutes from Franklin. They have everything you need and more!

Great large house close to everything

The house is large and extremely clean in a terrific neighborhood close to Downtown Nashville. The hosts are wonderful and extremely responsive to any questions. The house is well stocked and comfortable which was perfect for our birthday celebration weekend with four couples.
